Marvel: Start Signing in with Megatron Chapter 30

"First, it was Norse mythology, and now actual aliens! This world is crazier than we imagined."

"Actually, there's something even crazier. What if I told you I've seen Atlanteans? Would you believe me?"

"...? Alright, still not quite believing it, but whatever..."

"Those Transformers also participated in the Battle of New York, and they were the absolute main force! No matter how you look at it, they're on Earth's side. They saved my life! Hey, is there anything more important than that? They saved my life!!"

S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.

Fury's expression was grim. He turned to look at the Avengers, letting out a deep sigh.

"The entirety of New York will practically need to be rebuilt. Over ten million people died in just a few hours. Nothing like this has ever happened on Earth."

Tony directly interrupted Fury, saying, "Compared to that, an even greater crisis has just begun. Earth's coordinates have been exposed. If the Chitauri know, then other aliens will know too. The worst is yet to come. If we don't prepare early, the entire planet could be doomed. No one knows how powerful those aliens might be."

Fury looked at Captain Marvel.

"This universe is extremely dangerous, terrifying beyond imagination. Invasions, massacres, destruction – they're constantly happening. Most of my time in the universe is spent rushing to various battlefields to deal with these matters." Captain Marvel shook her head, her expression serious. "If it were just wars between interstellar civilizations and cosmic pirate raids, that would be understandable. The worst part is that some Deities directly intervene, destroying planets at the drop of a hat..."

Captain Marvel had indeed heard many such stories. Some high and mighty Deities were more ruthless than others, for example, the Celestials who constantly sowed life seeds and conducted biological experiments, with the vast majority of their test subjects ultimately facing the terrifying fate of extinction.

Then there were the Elders of the Universe, constantly stirring up trouble. Few of those fifteen Skyfather-level Elders of the Universe were ever peaceful.

Even more terrifying was Galactus, who, despite being a creator god, actually devoured living planets to satiate his hunger...

Many Cosmic Deities, putting everything else aside, were truly Deities in their mindset, completely disregarding lower lifeforms.

Just like...

"Just like Martin? Who sees killing as an ordinary thing?" Steve slowly spoke.

"It's far worse than that. Martin is at least still human, but some Deities... are even more ruthless." Captain Marvel sighed.

Steve fell silent, hands on his hips. Ever since he was left empty-handed without his Shield, he had to use this pose to hide his awkwardness.

Fury stood with his hands behind his back, gazing at the blue sky and white clouds outside the Helicarrier. After a moment of silence, he said, "You don't need to worry. S.H.I.E.L.D. has existed for so many years, and we've still sealed away quite a few important weapons. If we're truly pushed to that point, it's not like we have no means of resistance..."

Tony raised an eyebrow, looking surprised. "Wait, how much more are you hiding from us?"

Fury glanced at him and spoke indifferently, "S.H.I.E.L.D. is a global organization. The dark side of this world we've encountered far exceeds your imagination. Without your knowledge, countless agents have already fallen into eternal slumber beneath the veneer of peace. Some things, you may never have the chance to come into contact with."

Natasha whispered, "Martin took the Tesseract and the Mind Scepter. He participated in this war precisely for these two items... And according to our observations, the stone on the Mind Scepter eventually turned into a yellow gem. Perhaps the Tesseract will be the same way..."

"The Infinity Stones are the highest-grade Divine Artifacts in this universe, capable of allowing the weak to slaughter Deities. For such weapons to fall into the hands of someone like Martin, it's far too dangerous," Captain Marvel said gravely.

"Someone must go to Wakanda, find Martin, and it's time to have a talk. Coulson will handle this matter."

Fury finally turned around, a look of resolute determination in his single eye.

"Wow, I thought you'd go personally," Tony scoffed.

Fury glared at him with dead-fish eyes, his gaze filled with a profound meaning.

Me?

Without absolute certainty, the S.H.I.E.L.D. Director, whose mind held too many dark secrets, would never easily take risks. He was an agent handler, not a warrior!

"I'll go too. I'll protect Coulson, and at the same time, I'll retrieve my Shield."

Steve said in a deep voice.

An hour later.

A plane took off from the Helicarrier, with Coulson personally at the controls, carrying Captain America on their flight.

"Captain, this is the latest fighter jet, equipped with a brand new system. How does it feel?" Coulson called out, thrilled to be acting alongside his lifelong idol.

Steve glanced at Coulson, having no mood to speak. He remained pressed against his seat, watching everything swiftly flash by outside.

Soon, they arrived at their destination, where Transformers had already intercepted them.

"This is a Cybertronian Earth Base. The Decepticon Army's Seekers are monitoring you."

A fighter jet suddenly zoomed over, then abruptly transformed into a Transformer with a loud roar, stomping onto the S.H.I.E.L.D. jet and bellowing loudly against the glass.

This audacious stunt turned Coulson and Steve's faces ashen.

The aircraft shook violently, eventually managing to land.

"I am Agent Coulson, here on behalf of S.H.I.E.L.D. I hope to speak with your leader, Martin."

Coulson took a deep breath, steadying his wildly beating heart, and looked up at the towering giants.

The Transformer suddenly lowered its massive head, its Optic Sensors contracting repeatedly, accompanied by metallic sounds, as if scanning something. At the same time, it spoke in a harsh voice, "Coulson, S.H.I.E.L.D. Senior Agent. Your status is not worthy of meeting The Creator. Send that baldy Fury instead. Also, The Creator is not here."

Coulson's heart skipped a beat. "Not here? Then where did he go? I mean, I need to arrange a time for us to meet."

Steve spoke at the same time, "I also need to retrieve my Shield. You stole it."

"Watch your words, despicable S.H.I.E.L.D. agents! Every word you utter will be recorded in our database!" The Transformer roared loudly, making Coulson unable to stand steadily.

Martin was indeed not here. He was already in some Eastern nation, heading to a very mysterious place.

Kamar-Taj.

Before leaving Earth.
