Chapter 41
chapter 024 part 1
“Then I’ll find a way to destroy the entire World Tree, release the demonic dragon gnawing on its roots, and bring an even more terrifying Ragnarök to the Eight Realms.”
Martin’s voice was calm as he threw a punch that shattered Hela’s Divine Power and slammed into her chest, creating a massive indentation.
“Die, all Aesir deserve to die!”
Surtur had completely gone mad. Now, with a single sword slash, he unleashed all his Divine Power.
CRASH!
Hela was annihilated by the Twilight Sword, her body and Soul beginning to disintegrate.
Even then, disbelief still lingered in her eyes. She couldn't believe that she had just broken free and hadn’t even had time to enjoy the glory and majesty of becoming a God King, or lead Asgard to conquer the World Tree, before everything vanished.
The Goddess of Death must also face Death. How… ironic.
“Good, the last troublesome remnant has been cleared. I can finally begin my grand plan.”
Martin stood in the vacuum of space. Below him lay the endless ruins of Asgard, stretching intermittently for hundreds of light-years. Behind him stood Surtur, like a loyal guardian, his might astonishing.
Everything could finally get back on track. Cybertron's march to dominate the Multiverse truly began only after Asgard was single-handedly destroyed.

Chapter 55
The drastic changes erupting across the Nine Realms had not yet caused a huge stir on Earth. This upheaval would only truly affect Earth much later. No one realized how terrifying the scene would be when an unchained Martin truly ran rampant with his Transformers Army.
Fury didn’t know that Norse Mythology was over; he was still worriedly pondering how to deal with Martin’s threat.
“Martin, along with the intelligent Robots he created, is a huge threat. According to professional assessments, these Robots are like complete Life forms, possessing their own personalities and values, and complete logical thought processes!”
Fury pointed at the computer screen and said to the blonde woman standing beside him.
“So, this is why you hastily summoned me to Earth?”
Captain Marvel frowned. “Honestly, this man’s name has spread throughout the Milky Way Galaxy. The Three Great Empires all fear him greatly. He directly defeated Odin, and is a man who can charge into Hell and emerge unscathed from the siege of countless Demons. Looking across the entire Universe, few can stand against him.”
“And, there’s this Fire Giant…” Captain Marvel pointed to an image, her expression growing even uglier. “Surtur, the being prophesied to bring Ragnarök to the Aesir. I truly don’t understand how Martin could possibly make Surtur, an ancient Demon God, bow down and obey…”
In the image, Surtur was furiously unleashing his enslaved rage on the African Continent. His three-hundred-meter-tall fiery body, simply by standing there, could trigger widespread drought. Half of Africa had been almost entirely burned by Surtur.
“What about you?” Fury asked, holding onto a sliver of hope. “You possess the power of the Cosmic Cube; you are unique…”
Captain Marvel wore a wry smile. “It’s true I have the power of the Cosmic Cube, but I am still Sub-Skyfather level. There’s a huge chasm between me and a true Skyfather.”
Fury gave his old friend a deep look and fell silent.
Actually, there was another way to rapidly increase power, but both of them tacitly avoided mentioning it.
That was to give the Cosmic Cube to Captain Marvel, allowing Captain Marvel to draw immense power from it, perhaps breaking through her limits and stepping into the Skyfather level!
Even if she still wasn’t a match for Martin, at least she’d be Skyfather level; they would finally have a tier of combat power!
But… as the director of S.H.I.E.L.D., a man whose entire being was stuffed with elements named ‘politics’, how could he possibly hand over his biggest trump card to Captain Marvel?
Even though Captain Marvel had a life-and-death friendship with him decades ago, and they had teamed up to fight the Kree and Skrull Empire!
What did that matter? In the face of ‘politics’, friendship was dog shit; it was merely a part of what could be traded.
“Meow~”
With a soft meow, the orange cat nestled in Captain Marvel’s arms couldn’t help but jump down, shook itself, and comfortably licked its paws.
Fury instinctively took a step back, his eye twitching.
“I need to assemble a powerful team, and I hope you’ll join.” Fury was silent for a moment, then said in a deep voice.
“Who’s on it?”
“You, Tony, Natasha, Steve… I plan to bring in a group of Mutants as well.”
Hearing this string of names, Captain Marvel furrowed her brow, looking somewhat troubled.
They’re all essentially useless in a fight; the team will be hard to lead…
Against that man’s deterrence and terrifying shadow, even a Sub-Skyfather who could shatter stars with a punch would be inadequate, let alone these people…
“I can only say I’ll do my best.” Captain Marvel was silent for a long time and said in a low voice.
Fury sighed in relief. “Actually, it’s not just them. I’ve had multiple conversations with Zheng Xian of S.P.E.A.R., and we’ve reached a preliminary agreement for cooperation. They also have powerful warriors and 150,000 registered Superpower users, coupled with the Mutant organization led by the ‘Eight Immortals’. This combined, seemingly contradictory, force is already an extremely formidable force.”
Honestly, making such a comparison, with only the Pacific Ocean separating them, the power gap between S.P.E.A.R. and S.H.I.E.L.D. was utterly vast, so much so that Fury even felt jealous of S.P.E.A.R.’s terrifying combat strength.
Not to mention how formidable their top-tier individuals were, damn it, just the officially registered warriors alone numbered a whopping 150,000! Surely there was a significant number of formidable characters among them? And that was just the registered ones. Anyone with ability tended to be arrogant and proud; many wild Superpower users preferred not to deal much with official organizations, preferring to work alone, their numbers undoubtedly far exceeding 150,000.
Then look at his side: trying to assemble a superhuman team, even recruiting members was difficult. It was truly a colossal difference in class…
Moreover, even the Helicarriers, S.P.E.A.R.’s were more advanced than S.H.I.E.L.D.’s, and larger in size!
“Then, welcome to the team, Carol, and welcome back to Earth. We urgently need your help.” Fury said in a deep voice.
Captain Marvel nodded and said seriously, “Fury, as an old friend of many years, I must warn you, the Cosmic Cube is not that simple. It’s not just a cosmic Divine Artifact; it has an even more terrifying Core System. If one day you lose control of it… everything will be over.”
“I won’t let that happen.”
Fury said emphatically, full of confidence.
