Chapter 215 Severed Arm
The instant the sparking portal magic began to shrink, an animalistic instinct made Hulk sense the danger. With a roar, his entire body dropped low, retracting his massive head.
"That animalistic instinct is troublesome." Tony's face was cold. A mere tenth of a second more, and Hulk's head would have been severed.
In his furious rage, Hulk threw off all the dinosaurs that had been tightly restraining him. Hulk was a beast, and the despair of his recent brush with death was a powerful stimulant, making him even more berserk.
"Hulk!"
Hulk roared, unleashing a powerful soundwave. Windows several kilometers away began to rattle before shattering one after another. His eyes turned completely blood-red, filled with veins.
Never before had he come so close to death. Even with his child-like intellect, Hulk craved life. His eyes, like bronze bells, stared fixedly at Tony, growing even more savage.
His bulging muscles made Hulk's frame even more massive and tall. His Power Index skyrocketed, and the Dinobots could no longer affect him.
Hulk roared, his eyes scarlet, and charged towards Tony. Despite the blockade of the astonishingly numerous Transformer Legion, they were no match for the Hulk in his current state!
Transformers brought to life from ordinary materials could not withstand even a casual punch from the Hulk.
A humanoid monster was the perfect description for Hulk.
Tony waved his arm, and an even larger portal appeared. Several hundred meters away, under Hulk's savage gaze, a colossal, breathtakingly huge figure leaped out.
"This was prepared for you. It's also the Killing Machine that will send you on your way. Using a monster to fight a monster is all too fitting."
The massive portal was somewhat unstable, the sparks around its edges becoming erratic. Tony had not been studying magic for long, so opening such a huge portal at once was very difficult.
But fortunately, he had succeeded.
A sixty-meter-long giant dragon with wings on its back flew out of the portal.
Not a dinosaur, but a giant dragon! The kind from myths and legends!
A giant dragon made entirely of steel!
Predaking!
"ROAR!!!"
Predaking spread his wings and roared towards the sky. With that sky-shattering roar, an immense pressure emanated from him. With him at the center, the chaotic clouds in the sky began to churn and roll back, while countless particles of sand, dust, and metal fragments on the ground trembled slightly.
The Dinobots' assault on Hulk became even more frenzied, especially in the presence of Predaking's mythical, dragon-like form; they grew even more hysterical.
Predaking's enormous pupils immediately locked onto Hulk. He didn't need any command from Tony. Having found his target, he charged forward ferociously.
Along the way, numerous ordinary Transformers were rammed by the fierce and violent Predaking, shattering into pieces on the spot. The unluckier ones were directly torn limb from limb.
Predaking's entire body was a weapon. Besides his claws and wings, his massive tail could lash out with terrifying force, and on the surface of his body, the barbs that occasionally glinted with a cold light were simply the most terrifying killing weapons in the world.
Not to be outdone, Hulk roared and charged at Predaking as well. The two monsters, advancing at high speed, were like two giant beasts from ancient times appearing in the present as they crashed into each other with a thunderous boom.
A full-force collision of a hundred-ton class unleashed a terrifying shockwave. A nearly visible, transparent ripple erupted from the point of impact between the two monsters, instantly knocking over the nearby Transformers.
A massive amount of scrap metal was sent flying in all directions at high speed! More terrifying than bullets!
This was simply not a battlefield where ordinary people could interfere. For an ordinary human of flesh and blood, even watching from afar, the shockwaves from every clash and collision could easily rupture their eardrums, or even shatter their internal organs!
Every roar and hard impact caused devastating shockwave damage. Even a fully armed, modern army here would be slaughtered to the last man by the aftershocks, as if they were children. Not to mention, there was a constant shower of countless scrap metal parts shooting through the air in all directions, which could easily pierce through ordinary steel.
Here, it was a brutal duel between beast and beast!
There were no fighting techniques, no dueling strategies—just a head-on clash!
Every punch, every bite, the monstrous strength surpassing the hundred-ton class was far beyond the scope of what the weak could interfere with.
"ROAR!!!"
Predaking smashed his tail into Hulk's face, sending Hulk flying. Faced with that terrifying power, Hulk flew like a cannonball, crashing through more than a hundred Transformers before barely coming to a stop.
Hulk wiped his mouth, stared at Predaking for a second, and suddenly, a human-like, savage grin appeared on his face. His eyes had long since turned completely blood-red, with not a speck of white visible.
Predaking was enraged. He roared at the sky, opened his mouth, and spewed a stream of flame, almost like magma, towards Hulk!
The super-high temperature instantly melted the nearby ordinary metal!
The millions of Transformers from the converging Transformer Legion were just like toys, becoming mere decorations for this battle, fragile and unable to withstand a single blow.
"This battle... am I seeing things? It's like something out of a myth..." Countless people saw this scene via satellite, muttering dazedly, their minds on the verge of snapping.
A metal dragon and a green humanoid creature clashed again and again. Those Transformers, which in their eyes were killing machines, were like paper, breaking with the slightest touch.
Even so, the millions-strong Legion, under Tony's ruthless command, still threw themselves at Hulk wave after wave. Like moths to a flame, they charged forward, heedless of the cost.
A battle of this magnitude stunned the entire population of Earth. This world-ending scene plunged many knowledgeable people into complete despair.
It was too terrifying. An endlessly growing army, an individual with enough Combat Power to destroy a nation... even an ordinary collision could kill countless ordinary people. Those in the know felt as if they had been plunged into an icy cavern, chilled to the bone.
"I never expected Hulk to be this powerful, but what's more terrifying is Tony. No one knows where his limits are." A high-ranking official from The Government shook his head with a bitter smile, utterly despondent.
Controlling machines, on an Earth where technology was rapidly advancing, was no different from being a deity. It was even more terrifying than people like Magneto. How could a civilization not use machines?
The fire spat out by Predaking was highly compressed, nearly comparable to magma.
Hulk howled in agony within the flames, his entire body turning into a blackened silhouette. No matter how tough his skin was, in the terrifying heat, he could feel a pain that drove him mad.
At that very moment, Tony, a ruthless expression on his face, made his move. He activated his space magic once more, aiming it directly at Hulk. The mortal threat made Hulk both shocked and furious. He wanted to escape, but his surroundings were already piled high with a massive number of Transformers. A few dinosaurs even braved the flames to bite down on Hulk, holding him firmly in place.
Hulk struggled to move, but it was too late. A portal appeared beside him and had already successfully severed one of his arms!
*Slice!*
Hulk's arm had been severed!
Blood gushed out like a fountain, unceasingly. The green blood was instantly incinerated by the flames.
"This is a good sign. Next time, I'll take your head!"
Even Tony found Hulk's animalistic instinct somewhat troublesome.
