Chapter 834

Chapter 818: Slaughter

Rings of purple, spiraling energy burst forth from Elizabeth. She said to Wanda, "I'm going to help Hal; he's in the most danger. You need to be careful. After all, your power is very unstable..."

Wanda opened her mouth to speak, but Elizabeth said coldly, "This is Tony's order. Until the problem with the source of your magic is solved, you are not to act unless it is absolutely necessary."

Wanda nodded silently. The Chaos Power faltered for an instant, its fluctuations gradually subsiding.

At this very moment, the eyes of the entire Prime Universe were focused here. Countless factions, large and small, used various means to watch the battlefield, their hearts pounding with terror.

They couldn't help but be shocked and terrified, for the battle was too intense. It was a chaotic melee between dozens of Level Seven beings, including monsters like Doomsday King Kong. Such a war was unprecedented in the Prime Universe. The vast Prime Universe itself seemed to cry out in agony, ravaged by these dozens of powerful beings.

Roar!

The first to defeat an enemy was, surprisingly, the Red Lantern Hulk.

With The Butcher possessing him, the full power of the rage band of the Emotional Spectrum was channeled into the furious beast that was Hulk. The effect was simply terrifying. Two Celestials at the peak of Level Seven found themselves in an extremely difficult fight from the very beginning.

Before Hulk, any form of energy was like paper, easily crushed.

In this moment, Hulk had become the physical embodiment of the Multiverse's rage, a being akin to The Spectre, wielding the ultimate power of rage from the Emotional Spectrum.

A Celestial blocking his path was pierced in the chest by Hulk's clasped hands. It was like an ant bite, but Hulk immediately let out another bestial roar and brutally tore the small wound wide open!

The Celestial's powerful armor was ripped apart by the Red Lantern Hulk! A terrifying ocean of energy spewed from the opening, violently battering Hulk's body. This power, which directly affected their fundamental rules and programming, caused even The Butcher to feel immense discomfort and pain.

Hulk, however, only grew more frenzied. He let out a piercing shriek, his muscles bulging once more as an infinite power, faintly surpassing anything before it, suddenly erupted. The Celestial was torn asunder by Hulk right then and there!

Its six-hundred-meter-tall body crashed down. A massive wave of energy surged from the gaping wound in its chest, and a blinding light flashed across the Prime Universe. Then, the Celestial... exploded!

A red figure had smashed straight through the Celestial. In an instant, a sea of red plasma had obliterated all the components within its body!

The explosion was horrifying, sending dismembered parts flying everywhere. An officially designated, high-level Celestial was the first to fall, killed at the hands of the Red Lantern Hulk.

"Damn it!"

"Mortal, you actually killed a Celestial!"

"How dare you strike down your Primus!!"

Like a domino effect, the death of one Celestial triggered a chain reaction that affected all the others. Out of rage, the lights on the remaining eleven Celestials flared brighter, and they grew even more frenzied.

At the same time, a sense of dread swept over all the Celestials.

These people recruited by the New God... they were too strong! Too terrifying!

How long had it been since a member with an official designation had fallen in battle? A very, very long time.

The 1,256 official Celestials were different from the cannon-fodder Celestials scattered across the Multiverse, who were killed over and over by countless weak life forms. When an official Celestial died, they were truly gone!

They wouldn't have cared if countless mass-produced Celestials died; they'd let the natives of the Multiverse kill as many as they pleased. But now, an official member had fallen...

And this was only the beginning!

The order Tony had given was to kill them all!

The eleven Celestials felt a suffocating dread. They fought with all their might, trying to quickly kill those who stood in their way, but things didn't go as planned. None of these powerhouses from Cybertron could be easily killed.

Roar!

Doomsday King Kong was also provoked, and its body underwent a subtle change. In the midst of its fierce battle against two Celestials, Doomsday King Kong was constantly learning—learning their body structure, their methods of energy output, learning everything about them! Once Doomsday King Kong had learned it all, these Celestials would have no value left.

A solid structure of half-flesh and half-armor formed on Doomsday King Kong's surface. Its body, now even more imposing, proved it had completed a new round of evolution. But that wasn't all—an even more terrifying wave of energy began to rise frantically!

The threshold of a single-universe being's power limit was crossed with ease by Doomsday King Kong, as if it never existed. An immense aura, one unique to the multiversal level, was rapidly expanding, taking form, and quietly spreading out!

"Damn this monster!"

"I propose a retreat! I don't care about the others; with this monster here, we can't possibly win!"

Before the two Celestials could react, they were destroyed one after the other by Doomsday King Kong. Their massive bodies became stars that flashed for an instant before exploding with a deafening boom.

Two Celestials had been beaten by Doomsday King Kong's bare fists until they exploded.

Elsewhere, Optimus Prime, wearing five Lantern Rings, was locked in a stalemate with an enemy Celestial. Finally, gritting his teeth, another ring floated out from the armor on his chest—the Orange Lantern of Avarice—and he slipped it onto his finger.

Empowered by six Lantern Rings, Optimus Prime now controlled six of the seven visible bands of the Emotional Spectrum. Although this caused immense interference to his mind and willpower, making him unable to skillfully and stably control his power, his greatest strengths were fortunately those very attributes. He stubbornly brought the six Lantern Rings under his control.

"Hmph, a hypocritical power."

Megatron was sent flying several thousand meters by a Celestial's punch, the light of four Infinity Stones flashing as they dissipated the force. His arrogant gaze swept over the mighty Optimus Prime, a flicker of disdain in his eyes.

Megatron had always scorned things like the Emotional Spectrum. Emotions were too unreliable. How could they compare to power that was under one's absolute control?

As the Celestials fell one by one, the tide of the battle turned. The few remaining Celestials felt waves of unease and agitation, and they began to consider retreating.

But it was obvious no one here would let them. Simply because One-Above-All had insulted Tony, these people, who revered him as a god, would never allow these Celestials to leave this place alive.

The fate of the Celestials was sealed: death.

...

The battle in the Prime Universe was incredibly fierce, and the scales of victory had clearly tipped. However, this had no effect on the situation within the Blood Realm.

Tony and One-Above-All stood facing each other in the Blood Realm. The high-dimensional energy of the Blood Realm washed over them but failed to cause the slightest ripple, as if the two of them didn't exist at all.

At the Level Eight tier, they were beyond the Blood Realm's influence.

"You should know what terrible things happen when a Celestial like you confronts me directly," Tony said faintly.

A wisp of the Allspark was burning.
