The world had always been a difficult place, and Tony had to spend more time planning for the future.
The most pressing task was to find a way to re-ignite his Allspark, becoming a Level Four Mutant once more. When he first awakened, his Allspark was unstable; he only knew how to squander it aimlessly, achieving half the results for twice the effort, which led to severe damage.
He had to become stronger, find a way to create more Transformers, and deploy them into the endless wars of the future.
Tony didn't want to make humble wishes; he only wanted to strive for them himself.
The first hurdle would begin with the Vampires.
Tony was stopped by a group of individuals.
A large number of vehicles surrounded Tony's small convoy. Heavily armed individuals, carrying various weapons, swarmed out of the cars, their eyes fixed on Tony with a menacing glare. One command from their leader, and they would blast Tony to smithereens.
The Vampires had gone to great lengths to deal with Tony. With so many personnel and weapons, they could indeed cause enormous trouble if they opened fire with full force.
A car drove directly in front of Optimus Prime, drifting sideways to face Tony. The window slowly rolled down, revealing the face of a middle-aged Man in Glasses.
Tony remained indifferent. It was another group of Ghoul Tribe members; these traitors to their own kind were the most detestable lackeys.
"Mr. Tony, I've heard much about you. Today, on behalf of the Vampire Kingdom, I'd like to have a chat with you." The Man in Glasses' tone was mild. As a negotiation expert within the Ghoul Tribe, he had often represented the Vampire Clan in dealings with various major Human powers, achieving remarkable results. He was also highly regarded in the Vampire Kingdom, one of the few qualified to directly address the Vampire high command.
"Damn lackeys!" Tony cursed, disdaining to speak to these people.
The Man in Glasses raised an eyebrow. He had prepared for all of Tony's possible responses. As long as he was willing to speak, even to curse, that was good; the ones who couldn't even be bothered to curse were the hardest to negotiate with, as it meant they had already decided to tear off all pretenses and fight to the death.
Tony still being willing to curse them was a good sign.
"Mr. Tony, I have thoroughly investigated the events, and I believe this could very likely be a misunderstanding." The Man in Glasses was full of confidence. He had considered it from every angle and felt that there was no deep-seated enmity between the Vampire Kingdom and a Mutant like Tony. The key issue was that slippery Old Bartender.
"Damn lackeys!" Tony continued to curse.
The Man in Glasses was somewhat displeased but patiently said, "Mr. Tony, would you mind telling us why you attacked the Thompson Family Stronghold? We can actually talk this over and resolve the conflict; it would benefit you too." He adjusted his sleeves, trying to appear more confident and approachable.
"Damn lackeys!" Tony insisted on cursing.
The Man in Glasses' expression turned ugly. What was the meaning of this? Why curse without addressing the issue? He took a deep breath, wanting to continue negotiating.
But someone wouldn't give him the chance to negotiate any further. Or rather, some individuals within the Vampire Faction didn't want the two sides to reconcile; they had their own agenda.
"For the glory of the Vampires!"
A sudden roar erupted from the crowd, carrying the resolve to face death, followed by a volley of ineffectual bullets fired towards Tony.
The Man in Glasses was so furious he even dropped his glasses. He hastily ordered them to open fire and commanded his vehicle to turn around and flee for its life.
He had witnessed too many schemes, and at this moment, he couldn't help but feel a chill. The Vampire Kingdom's internal structure actually harbored blatant separatist forces openly defying the Council's resolutions! Most importantly, the trustworthy forces he brought with him had actually been infiltrated by individuals with ulterior motives! Who was it? Deacon? Did the Council know about this? If they knew, then why send him? What did they take him for, Cannon Fodder? This was outrageous!
Tony remained expressionless; he wasn't surprised by this familiar scene. Although he didn't know the ambitious Deacon's exact purpose in insisting on making him fight the Vampires, one thing was certain: that fellow would never just stand by and watch the two sides negotiate peace. If there was a negotiation, he would disrupt it.
This was also what Tony couldn't figure out. Deacon's most important task right now should be Deification, so why was he so insistent on dragging Tony into this? What benefit could this bring to Deacon, who was also a Vampire?
Unless it was to eliminate dissidents, but the cost was too great; one misstep could lead to a war between Mutants and Vampires, and Deacon wouldn't be able to escape then. Moreover, which Council Member would personally roll up their sleeves and fight Tony? The deaths of some low-level Vampires were of no consequence to them.
A clanking sound echoed as four cars and one motorcycle rapidly transformed under the Mechanist's control. Five war machines finally took shape amidst the gunfire, revealing their ferocious mechanical faces, one assembled muzzle after another aiming at the crowd.
Tony stood in the center, numerous Transformers, large and small, transforming into an irregular Armor to protect his body. Through the metal Mask, indifferent eyes stared out.
With Deacon around, Tony couldn't expect any peace. And he didn't *want* any peace; the Vampires, this cancerous growth, had to be eradicated given the chance. What's more, he was hoping to plunder some wealth from the Vampires.
"Kill him, don't give him a chance to fight back!"
"Where are the heavy weapons? Quickly set them up and blast this Mutant to death in one go!"
The Ghoul Tribe members shouted, moving with well-drilled coordination. It was evident that this was a strictly trained force, the Ghoul Tribe's own armed contingent. They had used this force to handle many tasks unsuitable for Vampires.
For instance, ambushing and killing Tony in the Sunlight—the Ghoul Tribe was perfectly suited for such a task.
To deal with Tony, they had indeed undergone training. The most crucial point was suppressing his firepower; they absolutely could not give Tony's War Machines even an inch of room to maneuver, or it would be over. Those Mechanical Soldiers were capable of easily annihilating their flesh-and-blood bodies.
Several grenades first slammed towards Tony. Optimus Prime, being the tallest, stepped forward to take the brunt. Two gigantic Vulcan Cannons assembled into form, their barrels rotating as they roared out countless bullets, unleashing a storm of blood and gore. Piercing screams accompanied the flying Blood Blossoms, creating a cruel spectacle.
Several grenades struck Optimus Prime, but they didn't cause significant damage. Although a few parts were destroyed, Tony didn't care! He didn't care how much he lost; he cared more about how much damage he could inflict upon the enemy!
Tony struck mercilessly; this was only the beginning. The Mechanist's war against the Vampires had officially begun.
