Chapter 110

**Chapter 110: Unmatched External Force**

2022-10-19 Author: Great Demon Spirit

It was already dawn, and while the sky and earth were still predominantly dim, one could barely make out the scenery. Numerous rays of sunlight traversed distant space, arriving on Earth from the sun, bringing light and hope to humanity.

At dawn, all living things should be in slumber.

A sudden colossal sound shattered the tranquility of the area, startling the sleeping birds. Curiously, countless owls flew out from the villa, alarmed and uneasy; there was nothing but owls.

"Court of Owls... my Dionysium, my Regenerative Metal Body..."

Tony blasted this ancient edifice with a single cannon shot, tearing open the doors of history with iron blood and slaughter, dragging the shadowy creatures clinging to life behind those doors out into the sunlight.

Tony, in this unmasked and ruthless manner, announced his arrival to the Court of Owls.

Many were alarmed. Large numbers of Talons emerged from every corner, standing ready for battle. For hundreds of years, no one had ever managed to assault a stronghold of the Court of Owls, let alone dared to do so, but today they had to face an unbeatable opponent.

Mechanic tony, with bloody methods, blasted open the ornate entrance, his greedy gaze unreservedly sweeping over everything.

"Send out an old fossil who can speak; these brainless Talons can't stop me," Tony sneered, surveying the endless stream of Talons appearing.

These old bastards, still trying for one last struggle, or perhaps, they had left some grand gift here, like a super bomb beneath the estate?

Devastator rapidly assembled, its over twenty-meter-tall metal body taking wide strides. Each step caused the ancient ground to groan, leaving a deep footprint.

The surrounding estate was beautiful, with lush grass and blooming flowers everywhere, the meticulously maintained ground adorned with rare pebbles arranged precisely down to the millimeter. It was truly beautiful; it would undoubtedly be even more stunning when the sunlight shone upon it, but unfortunately, this place would not see the sunlight.

Tony stamped the ground, and particles emitted by the Allspark spread outwards along the ground from him. Any bombs or other weapons buried beneath the ground were instantly nullified by Tony.

Someone tried to detonate a bomb, intending to take the Court of Owls and Tony down together, but they failed. The detonator was unresponsive, and the person himself was stomped to death by Devastator like an ant.

Devastator's tonnage was the greatest threat. Countless giant cannons were assembled, turning Devastator into a self-mobile war fortress. A torrent of bullets rained down on the Talons in a way that would shock anyone.

In an instant, an unknown number of people were shattered, blood splattering, limbs flying. Bits of fragmented flesh occasionally landed on the ground, and blood irrigated the flowers, providing them with valuable nutrients.

Human blood, a great tonic indeed.

Devastator led the way, with Tony, Optimus Prime, and others following behind, casually clearing out the minions that rushed forward.

Heads and such no longer mattered; Devastator's mission was to carve out a path. As for whether those shattered individuals lived or died, Tony didn't care.

Capture a patriarch of a prestigious family, and everything would be simple. Those old fossils must know the technology for creating Dionysium and the location of the Spring of Resurrection.

"Tony, what exactly do you want?"

Finally, someone couldn't bear the slaughter any longer. Most terrifying was that Tony remained silent, simply walking towards the villa, completely ignoring all the assassins, his indifferent gaze as if casually crushing a few ants.

Their most elite forces had already been buried in the battle a few hours ago, those guys having been cleaned up by the war ace Devastator.

"The technology for creating Dionysium and the Spring of Resurrection. I want these two things," Tony stopped, tilting his head to look at the Talon who spoke, stating his demands bluntly.

A lion's maw opening wide! What is a lion's maw opening wide! This is it!

"That's impossible! These two things are the Court's highest secrets; how could we give them to you! Do you really think winning one battle means you're above everyone? The Court's power is enough to make you despair!" The person speaking could no longer hold back. His identity was special, and he knew some top-secret information.

These two things were the greatest weapons by which the Court of Owls had steadily ruled Gotham City; how could they be so casually handed over to Tony?

"Then I'll first kill all of you, then personally head to the Old City, lead the common people in a revolution, purge all the sin from this city, and uproot you bunch of hairy Owls." Tony said, "No matter how deeply you hide, you are still prominent families that have left their mark in Gotham City's history. I will comb through Gotham City's history, find you one by one, and then visit you one by one. I'm bound to find something. Once I find one of you, none of the others will escape."

If the Court of Owls continuously refused to compromise, Tony could only resort to this, completely eradicating the Court of Owls by cutting off their foundation. Although the process would be troublesome, it would be effective. There were only a handful of families with such history and heritage; he didn't believe he couldn't find them.

"You'd better think carefully," Tony slowly said, "Either hand over the relevant items to me, and I'll turn and leave, uninterested in your reign in this small place called Gotham; or be thoroughly slaughtered by me, and I'll retrieve them from your corpses."

Everyone's expressions changed upon hearing this. How did this guy know so much about their Court of Owls?! They had always been very careful about keeping secrets! Otherwise, if nothing else, just the method of longevity alone would be enough to drive countless people mad.

"Who leaked the secret?" an Elder asked, angrily slamming the table as he listened to Tony's words on the electronic screen.

On the other screens, several individuals were displayed, each representing a family's interests and controlling the Court. At this moment, they exchanged glances, suspicion in their eyes. They could accept Tony attacking them, but he seemed to know *too much* about them. Why would Tony be so clear about things like Dionysium and the Spring of Resurrection, which were secrets known only to the highest echelons of the Court?

Or, had someone used psychic abilities to invade one of their minds?

"Alright, alright, all Talons retreat, open the gates to welcome our honored guest!" The speaking Elder sighed heavily, casting a sharp glance at the others on the screens. Currently, he was the only one in this villa; the other Elders were in their respective secret strongholds.

If it were any other time, and he was on the verge of death, the other Elders would probably be smiling, but with Tony at their gates, and his venomous words echoing in everyone's ears, they were now quite troubled.

No matter how Tony knew, the priority now was to find a way to appease Tony's rage.

"Hmph, a bunch of old fossils, if I fall, none of you will have it easy. Moreover, I'm not falling yet; this might actually be an important opportunity to break free from this stagnant pool..." The Elder coldly watched the other Elders, whose expressions varied.

After centuries of living at the top, the entire Court's internal affairs were a mess, rife with infighting. Comfort and a sense of invincibility had corrupted many. Tony was like an unmatched external foe, leaving them shocked and terrified.

The Elder had more calculations in mind. He called out a person and gave him an order. Even Tony would surely be very interested in this person.

"Thomas Wayne, hurry and welcome our distinguished guest!"
