Chapter 864: Situation Changes

Superboy's departure disrupted everyone's thoughts present. Although the Young Justice League were very worried about him, the serious mission still had to be done.

Time was tight, and the mission was heavy. They didn't have time to comfort their friend. Batman requested them to depart immediately. Regarding Conner's psychological problem, he would arrange for Black Canary to solve it.

Everyone helplessly boarded the Bio-Flyer. Only Martian Girl and **Impulse**, taking advantage of Telepathy, comforted Conner with a few words, but received no response from him.

After telling Robin and others this news, everyone was helpless. They could only adjust their mood and wait until the mission was completed and return home to think of a solution. They now had to concentrate wholeheartedly on the mission.

"Ahead is Saint Prisca Island," Martian Girl said. "In another two minutes, we can reach the landing point."

**Impulse**, hearing this, stood up from his seat. Robin, sitting beside him, took out a palm-sized instrument from his belt and handed it to **Impulse**. The latter took it and gave Martian Girl behind him an OK gesture.

Martian Girl, seeing this, rotated her right hand covering the Light Ball. The floor under **Impulse's** feet suddenly disappeared, revealing a hole. Under the effect of gravity, he immediately fell out of the aircraft.

**Impulse** didn't panic. He kept his hands close to his thighs, and his whole body shot towards the sea below like an arrow. He only extended his hands when he was about fifty meters from the sea level.

Like a fish entering the sea, **Impulse** didn't splash much water on the turbulent sea. If this were to appear in a sports competition, he would definitely get a good grade.

In mid-air, **Impulse** had already activated invisibility, so even at close range, no one could notice someone falling into the sea from high altitude.

Mutant Creature didn't need much oxygen. This was also the reason why he could replace Jackson, an Atlantean, to undertake the mission of receiving everyone.

There was no way around it, invisibility was still too overpowered in stealth missions.

**Impulse's** powerful body performance brought him considerable swimming ability. Soon, he saw the barrier net located below him. He extended his sharp claw and effortlessly cut open the thick net. **Impulse** successfully swam stealthily to the shallow water area.

Quickly landing on the island, according to the map in his mind, **Impulse** quickly ran to a huge instrument that looked like radar located on the shore. He took out the instrument that Robin had given him earlier.

**Impulse** tapped the instrument a few times. After the instrument fully unfolded, he inserted it into the radar's platform. After seeing the red lights revealed on the instrument, he then used telepathy to contact everyone.

'Come in, I've already hacked in and turned off the surveillance device nearby.'

'Roger.'

Responding to **Impulse** was naturally Martian Girl. Not long after she finished speaking, Yang Le felt an unusual wind, causing the surrounding leaves to rustle.

After a while, the Young Justice League, led by Robin, suddenly appeared out of thin air. It looked as if a portal had been opened out of nowhere, and everyone walked out of the door.

In terms of invisibility performance, it must be said that Martian's Bio-Flyer is much stronger than Wonder Woman's Stealth Jet. At least the former won't let outsiders see the pilot advancing in the air in a sitting posture.

Wonder Woman once told Yang Le that at first she didn't feel anything was wrong, until later when she saw her appearance sitting in the Stealth Jet photographed in the newspaper, she abandoned that vehicle.

How did **Impulse** know about this? Of course, it was Yang Le, as the main body, who told him.

"The first step of the plan has been successful," Robin opened the Microcomputer. "Now what we need to do is find the Venom Serum Factory. Before that, everyone turn on your infrared device to prevent us from being tracked by the enemy."

Everyone listened and put on their infrared devices one after another, except for Martian Girl, because her own eyes had this ability, and she could see even further than everyone else.

"Everyone," Martian Girl said after looking into the distance.

"There are two squads of people less than a kilometer away from us, and they are about to meet."

"Bang!"

First, there was a bright gunshot, piercing the originally silent night sky and alarming the small animals originally living in the jungle/forest. Then there was a burst of gunshots, obviously the two squads had already exchanged fire.

"According to the information Batman gave, there should only be one faction on Saint Prisca Island. The boss behind this faction is speculated to be Bane."

Robin brought up the information Batman gave him on the Microcomputer.

"Bane is a guy who doesn't allow betrayal. When he was in Gotham, the gang he led was always his one-man rule. With his temperament, all traitors would not survive the next day."

"In other words, there is now a second faction on the island," Jackson continued to analyze. "At the same time, the power possessed by this faction is not weaker than Bane, or rather, it can suppress him."

"Bingo!" Robin snapped his fingers. "This means we may have to face two, or even more, super villains at once. Obviously, Bane is no longer the most dangerous one now."

"I suggest reporting to the Justice League first," Aqualad offered his opinion. "Although Batman has given us more right, the situation now has exceeded the original plan too much, and there is a high possibility that situations we cannot handle will occur."

Robin nodded. He thought so too, so he immediately clicked the communication button on the Microcomputer, but found that the words "no signal" appeared on the screen.

"Electronic interference? Heh." Robin showed a helpless smile. "Why am I not surprised at all?"

"Then what do we do now?" Kid Flash asked. "Just get on the aircraft and leave?"

Looking at his expression, you could tell that although Kid Flash put forward this conservative suggestion, he didn't want to implement it at all.

This time Aqualad didn't speak. He could offer suggestions, but Robin was the captain of this team, and the captain was the leader. Being from Atlantis, he knew that he must not speak out to influence the leader's judgment at this time.

"No," Robin said, looking up after careful consideration. "Young Justice League continues the mission."

"Reason," Aqualad was not in a hurry to refute. He could see that he was the only one in this team who really wanted to retreat, so he had to speak up and ask.

Of course, Aqualad was not timid. As the most mentally mature one in the team, he had to take actions that befit an elder, which was to be the team's brake. He had to step on the brakes for everyone who was losing momentum at critical moments.

"We have already experienced two missions, and the first two were completed very well, so I believe we have the ability to complete this mission."

Aqualad frowned. This sentence was not enough to convince him.
