Chapter 841 Typhoon and Ten Minutes
Even Dick and the others in the Underground Building heard the sound, showing how much trouble there was on the Ground Surface.
Dick, though anxious, didn't lose his Measure. He took the opportunity to hide in the Crowd and quietly slipped into the Amusement Park Location designed like a Rock Cave. When he reappeared, he had already transformed into Robin.
Robin stored all his Ordinary Person clothes he had changed out of into the Backpack he was carrying. In the entire Young Justice League, he and Courtney had the most trouble changing Uniforms, needing to find a hidden Corner to do so.
Although it was stated earlier that it was an Investigation Mission, Robin still brought a set of Equipment just in case.
This was a Suit that Batman had Research and Development to prevent the current Situation. The requirement was to be easy to carry, and the entire Suit was compressed into a small Cube of 20cm x 20cm.
On both sides of the Cube, there were two drawstrings. When both sides were pulled open, the Cube would quickly inflate and expand, turning into a simplified version of the Bat Family Suit.
Because it was a Suit designed to cope with Unexpected Situation, the Resources contained within were also very limited. Even the Defense performance of the Battle Suit was greatly reduced, basically having no advantages other than being easy to carry.
However, in an Emergency Situation, they couldn't ask for too much. In Robin's view, their Mission was just to stabilize the Scene before the Justice League arrived, so the Resources at hand should be enough.
After all, he wasn't alone.
‘We're going out through the Waterway, give me a ride Aqualad.’
After Robin shouted in the Mind Link, he boldly jumped into the Water. Unexpectedly, he didn't fall into the Water. Aqualad, who had been waiting for a long Time, caught him.
Robin stepped on Aqualad's Back as if he were stepping on a Surfboard. Under the Atlantean's unconventional swimming Method, Robin was like driving a Jet Ski, rushing out of the Boat Dock from the Waterway at an incredible Speed.
‘O Weapon, let's gather Outdoors. Team C, do you know what happened?’
While assigning the Mission, Robin contacted Team C Outdoors. If there were no Accidents, they should be the Group at the highest Amusement Park Location among the three Groups, and should be able to see where the Explosion occurred.

Kid Flash replied. Based on the Name he said, relevant Information about that Name immediately appeared in Robin's Brain.
Typhoon, as a Super Villain, and without deliberately concealing his Identity, his Information had long been thoroughly investigated by the Justice League.
Typhoon's original Name was David Drake. He was originally an outstanding Scientist and had military experience, working hard to ensure his Child could live a wealthy Life.
He joined an Organization and worked for them to Research and Development Nuclear-Powered Deep-Sea Submersible. Originally, Everything was developing in a good Aspect, but a sudden Typhoon changed Everything.
Because of the dangerous Typhoon, David had to stop the Experiment of the Deep-Sea Submersible, but the Organization Members traveling with him demanded that David must continue the Experiment.
The Nuclear-Powered Device, still in the Experiment stage, could not withstand the drastic impact brought by the Typhoon. Furthermore, due to some trivial matters causing a short circuit in the Equipment Wires, the Nuclear-Powered Device Exploded.
The terrifying Nuclear Energy did not kill David. Instead, it changed his Body structure, turning him into a Superhuman capable of Control certain Elemental Power, and also had some influence on his Thought.
Combining these Reasons, David transformed from a Scientist working hard for his Child into the now terrifying Super Villain Typhoon.
Robin told all the Information he knew to the Group Members and repeatedly reminded everyone of Typhoon's terrifying Aspect.
Typhoon was called a walking Natural Disaster. He possessed the Ability to Control Airflow to form Storms, and could also Control Lightning and Water. Any one of these Abilities alone was enough to cause a headache, but now they appeared on one Person.
Even for the Justice League, Typhoon was a powerful Enemy, and even more so for them. Therefore, Robin did not recommend that everyone attack head-on.
‘Kid Flash, Stargirl, and Plastic Man, you are responsible for evacuating the Crowd. O Weapon, you are responsible for contacting Superboy and Martian Manhunter. Aqualad and I will try to guide Typhoon to a place with fewer People.’
While arranging Everything, Robin pressed the Call Button on the Microcomputer, sending an SOS Signal to the Justice League. His Communication was through the Bat Family's own Satellite, so Batman and the others should receive the News soon.
Looking at the panicked Crowd on the Ground, Robin didn't even need to think and continued to choose to step on Aqualad's Body. The two of them went upstream in the Waterway like this, and soon saw Typhoon who was wreaking havoc.
As one of the Enemies who had fought against the Justice League many times, not only was Typhoon's Background Information thoroughly investigated, but his Weakness was also recorded long ago.
David's Superpower originated from a Coincidence. When he transformed into Typhoon, the structure within his Body was actually unstable. As long as a large enough Explosion of sufficient magnitude was created, he could be blasted back from his Elemental Form to an Ordinary Person.

But this kind of Method definitely couldn't be used in a crowded Amusement Park. Using it would be no different from a Supervillain.
Fortunately, their Mission was just to stall the opponent. The rest of the Business would be handled by the Justice League.
Just then, Robin's Microcomputer made a Sound. It was the Sound of the Communicator. Robin hurriedly opened the Computer and found that it was Communication from Batman.
“This is Batman, Robin, what happened there?”
“This is Robin. We encountered Typhoon while carrying out the Investigation Mission. He is now causing trouble in Nova Amusement Park. We need the Help of the Justice League.”
Facing Robin's request for Help, Batman was silent for a while and then said.
“The Justice League cannot provide you with Help temporarily. Joker has planted Bombs in Gotham, Blüdhaven, and other areas. The Justice League is dealing with this Business. Robin, I need you and the Young Justice League to stabilize the Scene.”
“Reinforcements will arrive in no more than ten minutes. You can only rely on yourselves for these ten minutes.”

‘Everyone heard that, right? Now we can only rely on ourselves. Everyone, brace yourselves and try to minimize Casualties. Superboy, Martian Manhunter, where are you?’
‘This is Martian Manhunter. I haven't been able to contact Superboy since just now.’
