Way Big, belonging to the top tier below the Phantom Gods, hails from the To'kustar Species, a Race that naturally inhabits extreme environments where normal Creatures cannot survive. Their Body has become unbelievably resilient.
Conventional Weapons cannot Damage them at all. Even a Planet-Destruction Level Explosion, as long as the To'kustar protects his Weakness, the Fin-like Object on his Crown, he can survive.
Clearly, even Laufey wielding the Heaven Hammer does not possess the Power to destroy a Planet. After all, if he had such Level of Power, he wouldn't have been reduced to this state.

Furthermore, the To'kustar's application of Cosmic Energy is relatively crude. At most, they can project some Ray, create terrifying Cosmic Storms, but they cannot manipulate light at will like Ultraman to create all sorts of Fancy Tricks.
Yang Le speculated that this was related to the To'kustar's non-warlike nature. After all, this Race has a well-known reputation in the Universe: 'Gentle Giant'.
Being powerful enough already, they have no need to develop their Abilities to cope with almost every Crisis. This is the leeway of the Powerful Being.
This Idea is quite similar to a Character from a gag Comics series Yang Le greatly enjoys, the "Baki" series, Hanayama Kaoru.
This Underworld Big Shot, who often uses "the second year of Genna" as narration, believes that the Powerful Being should have the self-awareness of a Powerful Being. Innate Strength is already sufficient. Since one is born as a Powerful Being, one should not demand more.
It sounds foolish, yet possesses a hint of coolness, a purity surpassing someone who tests Strength against centenarians and Technology against primitive Humans, the strongest on the Ground.

Only the Devices for detecting Radiation and Energy continuously emitted a Wail.
This was Way Big's trump card, Cosmic Storm. Under normal circumstances, this Storm could engulf a Planet, but Yang Le had compressed the size of the Cosmic Storm.
He used Cosmic Storm formed a barrier to prevent the spread of low temperatures, and also wrapped all the giants in it.
