Chapter 517: Confirming a Talk
Sea Forest.
Led by Prince Neptune of Fish-Man Island, Roger and his three companions found the Poneglyph.
This lonely corner is rarely visited by people.
However, it's very clear that someone has been here in the past.
The Poneglyph, called "Joy Boy's Apology" by Fish-Man Island, stood there.
The empty, sunken area on the right was where another Poneglyph was located.
After seeing the Poneglyph, Kozuki Oden immediately ran forward to interpret it.
He was the Archaeologist and Combatant of the Roger Pirates.
Meanwhile, Roger had closed his eyes and was using his Observation Haki, Hearing the Voice of All Things.
Communicate with All Things, communicating with the plants, flowers, and trees of the Deep Sea, trying to obtain useful information from them.
Someone had been here over ten years ago, someone had appeared many years ago, and two years ago, someone had moved that Road Poneglyph.
"His Highness Neptune, has no one really been here all these years? You didn't know?"
Roger looked at Neptune and asked seriously.
"I apologize, we truly didn't know."
Neptune was a bit awkward.
While not knowing might be true, the Faction capable of doing this could be guessed.
In fact, it could only be the Pluto Pirates.
Roger also guessed this, as Fish-Man Island could be said to be the Territory of the Pluto Pirates.
Nothing had happened for many years before, but it disappeared after receiving the Protection of the Pluto Pirates.
The Faction most likely capable of this was the Pluto Pirates.
Did Fish-Man Island not know?
There was no evidence, and besides, they were willing to play dumb.
To move such a large Poneglyph without a sound, only the Pluto Pirates could accomplish it.
"I understand, but I need to confirm it."
Roger knew the trajectory along which the Poneglyph had been moved.
Following this trajectory, he might be able to find the Road Poneglyph, provided it was still on Fish-Man Island.
However, the probability of that was small.
"It seems I need to talk with Hades."
Having a clue was a good thing.
To fulfill their Dream, even if it was a Dragon's Pool and Tiger's Den, they would charge in.
"Roger, there seems to be a mark here. It should have been deliberately left by the person who took the Poneglyph."
Rayleigh's voice startled Roger from his contemplation.
At Rayleigh's call, Roger stepped forward to the location where the Road Poneglyph had been moved from.
On the ground, a fist-sized Honeycomb Mark was clearly visible.
This clearly looked like it was left intentionally.
"Hmm? Could it not be Hades?"
Seeing this mark, which he didn't know belonged to which Faction, Roger was somewhat puzzled.
"No, regardless, it's inseparable from Hades. Even if it's not with Hades, Hades knows the information about it."
Given the Pluto Pirates' Control over Fish-Man Island, to transport such a massive Poneglyph without anyone knowing, it would definitely require the cover of the Pluto Pirates.
"Note down this mark."
"Rayleigh, come with me. Sambell will stay with Kozuki Oden to interpret the Poneglyph."
Roger felt a sense of urgency.
After giving instructions, he looked at Prince Neptune, "Thank you for your Trouble, His Highness Neptune."
After speaking, Roger followed his Perception along the trajectory where the Road Poneglyph had been moved.
Listening to the Voice of All Things, following the direction they pointed.
Rayleigh followed Roger.
Soon, as expected, Roger and Rayleigh arrived at the Pluto Pirates' private Port on Fish-Man Island.
That's right, at the Ports of Fish-Man Island, there was a private area belonging to the Pluto Pirates.
Massive Transport Ships, more than enough to load the Poneglyph.
Having confirmed this point, Roger did not rashly go forward directly.
It was enough.
This was the private area of the Pluto Pirates.
If they went forward, Conflict would be unavoidable.
That would be meaningless.
Returning to the Sea Forest, Kozuki Oden had finished making a Rubbing of the Poneglyph.
Seeing Roger's solemn expression, he swallowed the thought of speaking about the content he had interpreted.
It seemed they had run into some trouble.
He had already informed Prince Neptune of the content.
It was essentially Joy Boy expressing deep apology for not fulfilling his Agreement with Fish-Man Island.
Regarding this, the current Neptune was not bothered.
The Sea Surface did not welcome the Fish-Man Tribe.
Besides, they had a dedicated Channel through which they could live under the sun.
Through the Pluto Pirates, they could leave Fish-Man Island at any Time.
In the Pluto Sea Area, they also had a second homeland belonging to them.
In a sense, this Target had already been achieved.
They could advance to attack or retreat to defend.
Their current life was already very good, and besides, this was something from eight hundred years ago.
Even knowing the content of the apology held no meaning for Fish-Man Island.
Using "Noah" to send Fish-Man Island to the Sea Surface was practically impossible.
Because Noah had no Ability to sail at all and was sunk on the Seabed.
There was no power source on the ark either.
To make Noah move, it would have to be pulled by super-giant Sea Kings.
Control Sea Kings, such a thing was unimaginable.
By now, Fish-Man Island had even forgotten about Poseidon, and were even less able to connect with them.
Besides, they had no such intention.
Neptune left.
Being around the members of the Roger Pirates was quite Stressful.
Roger sat cross-legged on the ground, his gaze resolute.
"Rayleigh, send a message to the Pluto Pirates. I have something I need to talk about with Hades."
