Chapter 86

Martin gave a cold glance. "Suit yourself. If you can find it, I lose!"

At these words, the Ancient One, on the contrary, immediately started to imagine possibilities, looking thoughtful.

"Let me give you a piece of advice, Ancient One. Stay away from the Vishanti. Don't eagerly cling to them just because they're your patrons. It will kill you. The Vishanti also have powerful enemies; if you're even slightly caught in the crossfire, you'll die a miserable death."

Martin snorted coldly.

He rarely showed such benevolence.

In the Multiverse, even the Vishanti have terrifyingly powerful enemies, so formidable that the Vishanti themselves have to give them a wide berth!

This enemy is named... Shuma-Gorath!

Shuma-Gorath, in the comics, was also the culprit who killed the Ancient One, even completely destroying her soul!

Leaning too much towards the Vishanti will only lead the Ancient One step by step towards death.

"Thank you for your reminder, Martin." The Ancient One had a smile on her face, but it was unclear how much she believed.

All the sorcerers began to bow their heads.

Stephen Strange stood at the very front, solemnly accepting the Eye of Agamotto and the Book of the Vishanti. From then on, he would take on the title of Sorcerer Supreme, protecting Earth.

This was an extremely difficult task; no one was confident they could do it well.

Even the Ancient One herself could only barely maintain stability, preventing major world-ending disasters.

The Ancient One's soul began to ascend, transforming into a streak of light. In an instant, powerful magic streams came from the depths of the Multiverse, guiding the Ancient One's soul.

The Vishanti were distantly watching here, guiding the Ancient One.

A terrifying Multiverse-tier existence, merely casting a glance, made everyone sweat profusely and not dare to take a full breath.

Martin wore a solemn expression, the three Infinity Stones on his hand surging, simultaneously erupting with power to resist this oppressive feeling.

This was Martin's first time personally experiencing even a negligible gaze from a Multiverse-tier Deity. It was terrifying to an unspeakable degree, as if a casual thought from the Vishanti themselves could subtly become the cosmic law for countless Universes.

**Chapter 110**

Vaguely, the Vishanti seemed to look at Martin.

Martin's expression darkened. The three Infinity Stones were fully activated, and at the same time, the Supreme Divine Armor instantly cloaked his body, as the Allspark's Power quietly surged.

"Interesting Human."

Vaguely, three resonant voices sounded, pouring directly into Martin's mind.

These were the voices of the Vishanti, and also the voices of Oshtur, Agamotto, and Hoggoth — the three deities that comprised the Vishanti.

The next second, the Ancient One disappeared.

She was taken away by the Vishanti.

The terrifying magical pressure quietly dissipated. Everyone regained their freedom, their solemn expressions revealing deep reverence.

Martin furrowed his brows tightly and gazed out seriously. But his gaze could only extend as far as this Universe; anything beyond its scope, he currently had no ability to see clearly.

"The Vishanti... This is a Multiverse-tier existence. Sooner or later, I will too..."

Martin took a deep breath. Far from instilling fear in his heart, personally experiencing the horror of Multiverse-tier beings, to a greater extent, stimulated his ambition and desire.

When he became a Multiverse-tier Deity, finally reigning over the entire infinite Multiverse, what grand spectacle would he then behold and experience?

"Sir Martin, the Ancient One said that a terrible crisis is brewing on Earth. I don't know how much you understand about the specific situation."

Stephen Strange walked over, his expression calm and steady. Gone was the despondency and dejection he had shown when he first met Martin; he finally possessed the true dignity and composure of a Sorcerer Supreme.

"Go find the Avengers, then unite with the Mutants. I think, by uniting all the powerful heroes, and adding some not-so-brainless supervillains, there's a possibility of defeating the enemy," Martin said indifferently.

"Who is the enemy?"

"Ultron, a super artificial intelligence created by that self-righteous idiot Hank Pym. This is a major event that could have been completely avoided, but was forcibly turned into an apocalyptic crisis by some fools."

After speaking, Martin directly stepped into the space-time vortex and left Kamar-Taj.

Stephen Strange remained where he was, his brows tightly furrowed.

Mordo said, "I can make a trip to K'un-Lun and Atlantis to seek their help."

Stephen Strange nodded, "Thank you for your trouble. Go quickly and return soon."

Next, Stephen Strange turned his head to look at Wong and said, "You stay here and lead the many sorcerers to protect Kamar-Taj. I need to go to New York. We at Kamar-Taj can no longer remain secluded like this. Without the Ancient One, our strength alone is not enough to contend with terrifying powerful enemies."

After speaking, Stephen Strange opened a portal and stepped inside.

**New York**

Tony was racking his brain, thinking how to please Pepper. In the end, he simply used a valuable watch to exchange for a car full of roses, and casually brought a box of strawberries.

"Enough, Tony. My resignation this time is serious. I've had enough of you," Pepper said, suppressing the complexity within her heart and trying her best to speak calmly.

"Don't be like this, you know, I just get too focused sometimes and tend to overlook things..."

Tony felt a headache coming on.

Just then, a brilliant golden-yellow spark suddenly appeared out of thin air.

*Clank, whir, click!*

Tony immediately donned his Iron Man Suit, all his weapons poised for action.

"Tony Stark, I need your help."

Stephen Strange walked out with a serious, deadpan expression. He suddenly paused, looking at the two people in front of him, then was silent for a moment before saying, "Of course, it seems I've come at an inconvenient time, but we need to talk."

Tony raised his chin. "A trickster?"

"I am the Sorcerer Supreme, protector of Earth, you idiot," Stephen Strange, who had an equally bad temper, sneered.

The two immensely arrogant men, meeting abruptly for the first time, almost came to blows, their tensions rising.

But Stephen Strange also felt helpless; if he had a choice, he would never have been so reckless.

The Time Stone was gone, so he had no way to observe the timeline to decide his actions and words.

The Cauldron of the Cosmos, originally used to observe Earth, had been completely smashed by Martin. He now felt like a blind man; many things simply couldn't be observed.

He could only diligently study time magic in the future to regain some of the Sorcerer Supreme's dignity and status.

Then, these two arrogant men were almost simultaneously mocking each other, exchanging trash talk, and furiously insulting each other, while rapidly pondering all of each other's words and actions.

It was only because Pepper was there to persuade them; otherwise, these two short-tempered individuals, provoked into anger, would have started fighting long ago.

Soon, news of the new Sorcerer Supreme, Stephen Strange, appearing quickly spread, and the entire Avengers knew about it.

Then S.H.I.E.L.D. also knew, and Hydra, who had recently been severely beaten by the Avengers, also found out.

All the higher-ups were alarmed, with a sense of being flattered.

Kamar-Taj, this otherworldly place, actually took the initiative to contact the secular world? And the new Sorcerer Supreme actually personally came out to communicate with the Avengers?

The amount of information contained within this was simply immense.

Was Kamar-Taj entering the world?

The new Sorcerer Supreme was actually that celebrity doctor from Philadelphia? Did this mean that everyone in the secular world could also fairly gain an opportunity to enter Kamar-Taj?

More importantly, where did the previous Sorcerer Supreme go? Was it a simple resignation, or had she died? How did she die? Of old age, or was she murdered?

Director Fury, who had just forcefully defeated Hydra, after bringing in a professional psychological evaluation team to analyze all the data Stephen Strange had left behind from his time as a doctor, comprehensively assessing his personality, preferences, and worldview, and formulating a series of schemes, intended to personally meet this Sorcerer Supreme.

But Stephen Strange simply couldn't be bothered with him.

Stephen Strange then went to see Professor X.

"...I generally understand what will happen, Esteemed Sorcerer Supreme."

Professor X sat in his wheelchair, looking at the middle-aged man sitting before him, with a deep smile on his face, showing his inner joy.

The new Sorcerer Supreme coming to him, a Mutant leader, was truly rare. It was also an acknowledgment of the Mutants' status, at least proving that they would not be excluded!

That was enough.

"In fact, before you arrived, I had already met a particularly crucial person, Logan," Professor X smiled.

"?? Wait a minute, I'm the crucial person?"

Logan tightly furrowed his brows.

"No, not the current you, but the future you. Do you remember who knocked you out? That's right, the guy who ambushed you two days ago was the future you. He thought you were too unreliable, so he knocked you out and came directly to see me."

Professor X chuckled.

"?? I hit myself?!"

Logan subconsciously touched the back of his head, with a bewildered expression. No wonder he thought the ambusher's scent was familiar at the time.

**Chapter 111**

"By the way, why haven't the Dark Elves shown up yet? They were, after all, a dominant power in the previous Universe."

Martin sat in his seat, suddenly remembering that he hadn't heard any news of the Dark Elves until now.

What happened?

How could that bunch of Dark Elves, whose minds were always on how to cause trouble, be so low-key and docile?

Martin was utterly perplexed.

He was still waiting to get the Reality Stone.

Martin placing Cybertron on the ruins of Asgard, replacing Asgard to become one of the Nine Realms of the World Tree, was precisely to wait for when the Nine Realms aligned, for the Reality Stone to appear, so he could get his hands on it.

As a result, until now, there wasn't even a trace, and he didn't know where the problem was.

Could it be that he destroyed the continent of Asgard prematurely, causing the prophecy of the Nine Realms aligning to go wrong?

"Never mind, it doesn't matter. A mere Reality Stone; if I really want to get my hands on it, it's not difficult. It's just that the impact would be quite significant..."

Martin shook his head and let it go.

The Reality Stone was within the World Tree, so there was no harm in that.

What Martin didn't know was that the Dark Elves were reluctant to show themselves, not because they didn't want to, but because they simply didn't dare to!

Martin's actions were simply too brutal. Destroying Asgard was one thing; what truly made the Dark Elves fearful was the recent scene of Martin ferociously ambushing and slaughtering various god races!

Slaughtering one god race after another, wherever he passed, corpses lay scattered across the fields, with mountains of bones!
