Chapter 65

**Marvel: Start Signing in with Megatron Chapter 38**

Yet, it was still useless against Martin. He gazed at the layers of illusions with an appreciative look and smiled.

The Mind Stone lit up.

*Buzz!*

Layer after layer of illusions were breached, collapsing like withered leaves, as he strolled through them effortlessly.

*Pfft!* In reality, Mastermind immediately spat out a mouthful of blood. His eyes, nose, and mouth also began to continuously seep blood. His mind was gradually collapsing, but the last shred of his Willpower still fixated on Martin, his stiff, numb pupils filled with hatred.

Martin walked over step by step, smiling, his face full of appreciation, and extended his right hand. He grabbed the other party's neck, lifting him from the wheelchair.

"No, let go of my son!" Stryker's eyes instantly turned red. He used every last bit of his strength and charged towards Martin.

*Crack!* Martin casually waved his hand, sending Stryker flying. He crashed into the wall with a soft *thud*, instantly turning into a pulpy mess and leaving a humanoid bloodstain on the wall.

"..."

Mastermind grew increasingly frantic.

"Martin, let go of the child! He's innocent! He was just brainwashed and used by Stryker!" Professor X finally regained consciousness. Seeing the scene before him, his wisdom immediately told him what had happened. He looked anxious and quickly tried to intervene.

"Understood, Professor."

*Crunch!* Martin replied, then with a slight squeeze of his right hand, a crisp crack sounded as he crushed the other party's neck, tossing the corpse to the ground.

"You're welcome." Martin's demeanor was elegant, as if he had received rigorous etiquette training since childhood. Even in killing someone, he exuded a sense of ease. He now looked at the recovered Professor X with a smile.

Professor X let out a heavy sigh and turned his head.

"Jean has lost control. I can feel her terrible state: hatred, abhorrence, killing intent, destruction... This is the Dark Phoenix persona within her. We can't let her continue like this, or the entire Earth will collapse." Professor X quickly adjusted his mindset and looked at Martin, speaking calmly.

Martin said indifferently, "That won't happen. Neither I nor the Ancient One would allow such a small fragment of the Phoenix to lose control, let alone destroy the Earth."

To put it bluntly, if the Dark Phoenix were to destroy the Earth, it would be giving too much credit to such a tiny bit of the Phoenix's power.

The Phoenix's power is indeed mighty, its upper limit seemingly Omniverse Level. But the Phoenix's power itself has fragmented into countless pieces scattered across the Multiverse. To think that just a tiny piece of the Dark Phoenix could destroy the Earth...

Is that looking down on the Ancient One, or looking down on Martin?

If it were the Scarlet Witch, who can obtain the "Chaos Power," another of the Multiverse's Three Great Forces, from Chthon, then destroying the Earth would be more plausible.

If he were to face a berserk Scarlet Witch, Martin wouldn't even dare to fart. He'd turn and flee, letting whoever wanted to deal with her do so.

A rampaging Scarlet Witch could restart the entire Multiverse with a single Chaos Wave. Without Multiverse Level power, anyone who encounters her would die.

"Charles, the wonders of this world surpass your imagination. Don't limit your perspective too narrowly." Martin smiled, his face full of confidence.

*Whoosh!*

Just then, the door opened, and a cold glint flashed. Yuriko rushed in from outside, her nails elongated, her face twisted as she lunged at Martin.

"Don't kill her!" Professor X's expression changed, and he was about to use his Psionic Ability to control Yuriko.

"Beta Adamantium! This woman is mine." Martin's eyes lit up. He instantly flashed behind Yuriko, struck her neck, and simultaneously activated the Mind Stone, forcefully enslaving her.

This woman was also Stryker's proud creation, practically a second Wolverine. She possessed a powerful Healing Factor and had been injected with true Adamantium, which ultimately combined with her Healing Factor to become Beta Adamantium.

She possessed both the hardness of true Adamantium and regenerative abilities.

Martin directly embraced Yuriko, examining her as if appreciating a work of art, extremely satisfied.

Professor X opened his mouth, but ultimately said nothing, only sighing deeply.

*Boom!* The main structure of the entire dam had already been annihilated by the rampaging Jean, and it began to collapse completely around noon.

*Splash!*

A terrifying sound of rushing water arose.

"Charles!" Magneto roared, smashing through the wall and rushing in. Seeing that Professor X had returned to normal, a hint of disappointment flashed in his eyes.

He had been hoping to control Professor X and kill all the ordinary people in the world in one go.

"It's been a long time, Martin. You've become quite formidable." Magneto quickly said, "But now isn't the time for pleasantries. Jean is coming this way. If we don't find a way to stop her, everyone except Martin will die!"

Jean arrived.

Carrying towering rage and decades of sealed abhorrence, she directly crossed the vast distance, reaching the deepest part of the dam.

Even with massive floods surging, any water within ten meters of Jean was directly annihilated by her terrifying energy field, spontaneously dissipating.

It was an utterly terrifying sight.

"Charles! I've come for my revenge!" Jean's voice carried an ominous weight. Her eyes were already pitch black, and her dark red hair streamed wildly.

Magneto looked at Jean, his expression instantly changing. He cursed in a low voice, "Damn it!"

The aura emanating from her was truly terrifying, and that dreadful energy field, capable of annihilating everything, was almost a Domain.

Magneto let out a low growl, forcefully manipulating the Magnetic Field and using his power over magnetism. But Jean merely glanced at him, instantly shattering Magneto's Magnetic Field.

A Level Four Mutant, facing an Omega-level Mutant who was like a Deity, the difference was not just considerable; it was immense.

"Jean! Wake up! You are Jean, my student, not the Phoenix! Fight back bravely, don't give in to Fear, you can do it!" Professor X intended to break through the Psychic Barrier and directly enter Jean's mind to converse with her dominant personality.

But Jean immediately let out a shrill laugh.

"You sealed me for so long, and even now, you still think you did nothing wrong? You never asked for my opinion, never asked for Jean's opinion, yet you dared to seal me, the noble one—and you still think you weren't wrong?!"

Jean's voice carried a shrill abhorrence. Her current Dark Phoenix persona, rather than being Jean herself, was essentially the Phoenix's power, imbued with Jean's emotions, memories, thoughts, and values!

In essence, she was still the Willpower of the Phoenix's power, not Jean herself!!

Jean raised her hand, and a terrifying Fluctuation erupted, carrying a dreadful might capable of erasing everything, surging explosively towards Professor X.

Her eyes now only held Professor X. She utterly loathed that old man.

As for Martin, she completely ignored him.

"This is quite troublesome, Charles. You sowed these bitter seeds, and you should be the one to reap them." Martin shrugged. With a thought, a yellow light flashed, constructing an indestructible Mind Zone that powerfully cut off Jean's attack.

"The Mind Stone..." Jean frowned, her gaze shifting indifferently.

As the Phoenix's power, having traversed countless Universes before arriving in this one, and possessing countless fragments of information, it naturally recognized this power at a glance.

The Infinity Stones were also extremely common powers, spread throughout the entire Multiverse.

"That old woman Nemesis can't even sleep peacefully..." Jean's gaze was somewhat cold. Every time she saw an Infinity Stone, she felt an intrinsic annoyance and revulsion.

All Infinity Stones were merely remnants of Nemesis's power and could replicate themselves as the Multiverse continuously self-replicated.

"Get lost! Even if you have an Infinity Stone, don't think you can stop me."

Jean's eyes flickered, blackness permeated, and an even more powerful Fluctuation erupted, assailing Martin with a roar. But each time, the Mind Stone flashed, blocking Jean's attack.

"I'm very interested in you, Phoenix. Instead of staying with Jean, why not follow me? I can take you to explore the entire Multiverse."

Martin waved his hand, and the Space Stone lit up. Immediately, a vortex appeared, swallowing everyone else.

As the surging lake water rushed in frantically, only Martin and Jean remained here.

"Your smile disgusts me! No one has the right to command me!" Jean was enraged by Martin's arrogant attitude. As she shrieked, increasingly terrifying rays of light surged, and amidst the frantic howling, a Phantom of the Phoenix even appeared behind Jean.

This Phantom was incredibly powerful, possessing the ability to stir all Life emotions. At this moment, countless people unconsciously "saw" the shadow of a burning Phoenix in their minds.

The Phoenix's power was, in essence, the collective embodiment of the countless Life emotions in the Multiverse.

"Truly beautiful." Martin murmured with emotion, gazing at the brilliant Phantom with an appreciative look, his eyes shining brightly.

He was determined to claim this magnificent power.

As for Jean... once he stripped her of the Phoenix's power, there would be no more worries about her losing control.

Martin slowly stepped forward, resolute in his decision to act.

He intended to seize the Phoenix's power in one fell swoop!

A fierce Fluctuation erupted.

Martin attacked repeatedly. With a roar, the Mind Stone flashed continuously, and a vast, indescribably powerful and pure Telepathy surged forth from the Mind Stone, rushing towards Jean.

*Rip!* Jean slightly turned her head, and with a glance, instantly tore apart a wave unleashed by the Mind Stone. The Phantom of the Phoenix behind her now soared as if spreading its wings, flapping them repeatedly, and an even more powerful Phoenix's power surged from within Jean's body.

Two forces of Telepathy, both considered top-tier in the Universe, clashed, erupting into a terrifying Psychic Storm!

Massive amounts of lake water were carved apart by the terrifying Telepathy, letting out dreadful roars. This out-of-control lake water, terrifying enough to cause a disaster, was as fragile as an infant before these two, repeatedly collapsing and reforming, nothing more than a plaything.

Should anyone be caught in such a perilous psychic confrontation, in but a single instant, their entire complete Willpower would be torn into countless fragments!

In a psychic battle, if one side is defeated, the outcome is often more terrifying than death.

Every intertwining thread of this almost ultimate Psychic Storm contained a terrifying might capable of directly collapsing the minds of billions.

"Become a part of me, Phoenix. What good is there in occupying Jean's body?" Martin's eyes gleamed with an otherworldly light. The Mind Stone flashed repeatedly, powerfully constructing indestructible psychic blades. He himself walked step by step directly towards Jean, each step precisely measured, as if meticulously calculated. This calmness and composure further enraged the Phoenix.

"You will die! I can't kill you now, but sooner or later, more Phoenixes will find you and kill you completely! The Mind Stone won't protect you forever!" Jean watched him walk step by step towards her, eventually standing firmly before her, still smiling even as he bathed in the terrifying Psychic Storm, a smile filled with an extreme desire for conquest, and couldn't help but shriek.

Martin said gently, "You've got one thing wrong. I've never relied on the Mind Stone to get this far. I have my own power."
