Chapter 120

chapter 078 part 2

What could he do? He felt utterly despairing. Although he was the Sorcerer Supreme, he didn't possess the immense power and knowledge of the Ancient One, nor did he have the Time Stone to observe the future and make targeted deployments. As a result, these invaders had simply torn open a long-sealed spatial rift and stormed into Earth.

This felt terrible, highlighting his incompetence as the Sorcerer Supreme.

Mordo stepped forward, saying coldly, “I’ll deal with them. I’ll open a Portal and attack from the rear.”

“No need, I’ll deal with them myself.”

Stephen Strange remained calm, radiating powerful confidence, which even earned him a bit more trust from Mordo.

Stephen Strange flew high into the air, his demeanor appearing extremely composed and calm. As he drew circles with his hand, large sections of the Mirror Dimension forcibly expanded, overriding the witches' magical interference.

This demonstrated extremely high magical attainment.

But in the very next instant, the War Witches unleashed another powerful spell, instantly shattering Stephen Strange's Mirror Dimension. Not only that, but they also locked down the magical space surrounding all of Kamar-Taj.

They could no longer use Spatial Magic.

“Damn it, they're too cunning.”

Stephen Strange's face showed embarrassment.

Similar scenes simultaneously erupted across various worlds.

Alfheim, the realm of the Light Elves, was invaded by the undead from Hel. Numerous Light Elves angrily took up weapons and began to fight the undead.

“Hold back these vile creatures! Don't let them defile our beautiful world!”

Queen Fezwen took up her longbow and personally charged onto the front lines, each arrow taking down large numbers of the undead.

Jotunheim, having lost Laufey, saw numerous Giants begin a frenzied invasion. Frost Giants, Rock Giants, Wind Giants, and others directly attacked their old adversary, Vanaheim.

Even Cybertron did not remain peaceful.

*Hum!*

In a vacuum of space not far from Cybertron, a Spatial Rift suddenly tore open. Large numbers of fire beings, their bodies burning with sky-high flames, surged out, standing like countless twinkling stars in the dark cosmos.

Following that, an even more powerful Skyfather-tier aura surged from the Spatial Rift. A tall, slender figure, similarly wreathed in flickering flames that sometimes burned brightly and sometimes dimmed, stepped out. In her eyes, her pupils were directly replaced by two twin flames.

“This is the place. Father was enslaved by the master of this place...”

The leading Skyfather-tier being gazed at the metal planet ahead, her eyes filled with intense hatred.

“It truly is... Damn it. Why did such a force suddenly appear in the Nine Realms? And they even enslaved her father with such despicable methods?”

“Your Majesty Queen Sindr, shall we attack now?”

A fire being knelt before her.

“Attack now! I will turn this planet into an ocean of fire! I will personally hang these strange Mechanical Lifeforms, burn their Souls to ash, and free my father! My servants, Fire Demons of Muspelheim, for me, for the liberation of my father Surtur—attack! Burn everything here to cinders!”

Queen Sindr’s eyes burned with a fire that could split stars: “And I, I will find Martin, and personally kill that man named Martin!!”

*Whoosh!*

She cracked a whip and pointed forward. Countless Fire Demons from Muspelheim roared, rushing towards Cybertron, leaving streaks of light in the night sky like a meteor shower.

The next moment, piercing alarm sirens blared across Cybertron.

“Warning: Space-time rift detected, powerful enemy invasion!”

“Urgent A-class incident: Fire Demon Army assaulting Cybertron! A general mobilization order is now issued to all Cybertronian residents!”

“War Assistance System: Ultron is online, sharing real-time battlefield information.”

Alarms blared across Cybertron. Everyone received the general mobilization order. The mechanical, monotonous voice from the Magic Orb continuously echoed, transmitting vast amounts of data and real-time footage to every warrior.

This was a very sudden war, enabled by the Dark Bifrost of the Dark Elves, which could transport armies from various realms to any location.

All of Cybertron was roused. Its numerous residents sprang into action; some looked shocked, a small minority were bewildered, but more, far more, wore savage grins and sharpened their weapons.

Clamp stepped out of the Kaon Arena with a ferocious expression. As a star gladiator of the Kaon Arena and the planet's greatest gladiatorial master, with the exception of Level Four individuals or big guys like Grimlock, he was the best at close combat—and likewise, even more brutal and warlike!

“Fire Demons from Muspelheim? Isn’t that Surtur’s world? Never mind, it’s not important. It’s finally time for Lord Clamp to show off his skills! I’ll not only become the strongest gladiator, but also the most powerful warrior!”

Clamp's face was ferocious and bloodthirsty, full of ambition. He wanted to be a star gladiator, and even more, a star-level warrior!

“Ultron, integrate the analysis data transmitted by the Magic Orb. I need to know the frontline information.” Clamp tapped the screen on his arm. Instantly, Ultron’s holographic head appeared, projecting numerous screens simultaneously.

“Muspelheim, a world of fire, with an extremely harsh environment. Various fire beings reside there, exceedingly warlike.”

“According to observational data, the one leading this fire army is likely Queen Sindr, the current ruler of Muspelheim. She possesses Skyfather-tier strength. It is not recommended to provoke her; you will be cut down.”

Ultron spoke in a matter-of-fact tone, his voice devoid of warmth.

Clamp felt annoyed, striking the screen forcefully. “Just because Lord Clamp can’t beat that queen now, does that mean he’ll never be able to?” he snapped. “I’ve noticed that having too high an intelligence isn’t always a good thing for you. If you ever showed up in the Kaon Arena, I’d toss you around ten thousand times!”

Clamp snorted coldly, directly shutting down Ultron. With an arrogant expression, he transformed into a fighter jet and, with a roar, shot towards the atmosphere. He grabbed onto a gigantic warship that was taking off, not entering it but instead clinging to its surface, weapons drawn, gazing ferociously at the starry cosmos.

There were quite a few Transformers who did as he did. Although Transformers, like Humans, needed oxygen, it wasn't for breathing but for cooling their chassis. If necessary, they could fight directly in the harsh vacuum of space on their own.

Across Cybertron’s surface, from its few cities, spaceships of various sizes immediately took flight. Even more confident individuals directly scanned small flying craft, instantly gathered the data, and then transformed on the spot into flying craft themselves, roaring as they soared into the starry cosmos.

And Ultron, the intelligent program, after receiving authorization, immediately took over the defense systems of the major cities. From within some ten-thousand-meter-tall steel high-rises, terrifying blaster cannons emerged, aiming at the sky.

“Initiating A-class war authorization... Request approved. Taking over all war weapons in 7 large cities, 19 medium cities, and 43 small cities... Requesting energy allocation permission Level 6... Integrating global battlefield information...”
