Martin raised his hand and swiped. Blue light flashed. Thanos's other arm was severed.
"My perspective is wider than yours. That is the only reason, Thanos. While you were still fixated on a single Universe, I had already begun to focus on the Multiverse. The gap in our awareness is infinite."
Martin kicked Thanos in the shin. With a bang, he directly kicked his lower leg away. As Thanos roared and his body lost balance, Martin grabbed Thanos's ear and watched him indifferently.
"In your next life, don't waste your time."
Martin whispered, then, without giving Thanos another chance to speak, he directly used the Space Stone to sever Thanos's head.
In Thanos's wide, staring eyes, filled with bloodshot veins, still carried intense unwillingness and fury. His already frozen gaze stared straight at the desolate sky.
Thanos was dead.
Martin then raised his fist; purple light flashed, and the Power Stone's energy surged forth, completely pulverizing Thanos's corpse, disintegrating it at the atomic level.
"Five Infinity Stones. This power is truly captivating, but it's still not enough."
Martin pondered for a moment, then stepped into a Space-Time Vortex and vanished from his spot.
This planet also had no value anymore.
The moment Martin departed, the entirety of Vormir exploded on the spot. This suddenly exploding planet caused the hastily arriving Kree Empire scout fleet to draw a complete blank.
"So, what exactly was on Vormir that made both Thanos and Martin contend for it? Could it really have been an Infinity Stone?"
