Among the cards on Ozymandias's Field, putting aside the Triamid archetype cards for a moment, Hayato was not at all unfamiliar with the Barrier Statue of the Drought that appeared due to Ties of the Brethren.
It belongs to the Barrier Statue series. All six of its archetype monsters cover the six Attributes other than God. Although they don't form an archetype in terms of name, because each one has a similar ability to seal Special Summons of Attributes other than their corresponding one, they have decent single card strength even without support cards.
Many people have experienced having their field setup shut down by a single Statue of Wind - Barrier of the Heavens, which restricts Special Summons of monsters other than WIND Attribute for both players, when facing a Floowandereeze Deck.
However, I also heard that Statue of Wind - Barrier of the Heavens is about to enter the Forbidden/Limited List and become a Forbidden Card, so there's nothing to fear.
The situation is the same now. As long as Barrier Statue of the Drought exists, neither Hayato nor Ozymandias can Special Summon monsters other than EARTH Attribute monsters, forcing Hayato to deal with Barrier Statue of the Drought first if he wants to perform a field setup.
Then there's the other monster, Koa'ki Meiru Wall. Hayato remembered that monster had the ability to Tribute itself to negate and destroy a Magic Card activation when the opponent activates a Magic Card. But that's not the key point. The key point is—
