With Aknadin missing, Shada still recovering from serious injuries, and Seto having to go on an expedition with the Pharaoh, Priest Shimon had no reason to go to the Pharaoh's Tomb again.
After all, at that time, even Dark Yugi hadn't yet learned from Hayato how important his name was.
