# Chapter 85: Your Monster Is Crying
"To think you added the Ojama Monsters to your Hand so quickly, that's impressive, Hayato-kun." Kujaku Mai wasn't surprised that Hayato added the Ojama Brothers to his Hand. Instead, she smiled, as if she had expected it.

Accompanied by a hawk's cry, a Monster that could be better described as a "bird-man" than a "bird-face" appeared on Kujaku Mai's Field. Covered in feathers from head to toe, standing upright, and with a single horn on its head, Birdface patted the armor on its Torso with its wings, looking quite imposing.

"If the ATK and DEF are completely equal, then I don't need to worry about Ojama Country." Kujaku Mai smiled smugly, flicking a Finger. "Birdface, Attack that Set Card on Hayato's Field! Reveal its true form!"
Birdface received the command, soaring into the wind and diving down from high altitude towards Hayato's Set Card. With a swing of its Claws below, it revealed the true identity of the Monster Hayato had Set: Mystical Elf.
However, it was clear that Mystical Elf's 1200 DEF was too fragile against Birdface's 1600 ATK. It was hit in a vital spot by the Claws with just one Attack, Destroyed, and sent to the Graveyard.
"Excellent, I've taken the first step." Because she Destroyed a Monster, Kujaku Mai seemed a bit smug. She placed two Cards onto her Field. "I Set two Cards. My Turn ends now, Hayato."

"My Turn, Draw a Card." Hayato Drew a Card and saw it was Swift Gaia The Fierce Knight. If he only had one Card in his Hand, it would be a good Card, but with this Card added, he had a total of six Cards in Hand, three of which were the Ojama Brothers. His Hand was quite Bricked.
"I Set Defense Position Summon one Monster, then Set one Card. My Turn ends." Without successfully Drawing powerful Draw Cards like Graceful Charity or Pot of Greed, Hayato could only continue the Operation from his previous Turn. Fortunately, he had played it safe last Turn and hadn't Set all his Set Cards, otherwise, they would have been wiped out by Harpie's Feather Duster.

"Ugh~" Harpie Lady, who had unleashed the Lightning, also suffered a Backlash from the uncontrollable Lightning, letting out a painful cry. She was also Destroyed by the overflowing Lightning and sent to the Graveyard.
"That's too cruel, how could you bear to do that? Your Monster is crying, Kujaku Mai." Hayato was kind-hearted and couldn't stand to hear this, so he couldn't help but speak up.
