"Yugi, your [Dark Magician Girl] is a considerably powerful Monster, but next second she'll be mine." Hayato enjoyed the pleasure of stealing someone else's Monster and Activated the last Card in his Hand. "Spell Card, [Magical Wand]."
"This Card can only be Equipped to a Spellcaster Type Monster, increasing the Equip Monster's ATK by 500 points. Also, I can Send the Equip Monster and [Magical Wand] to the Graveyard to Draw two Cards." Hayato finished explaining the Effect and chuckled. "I'll Equip [Magical Wand] to [Dark Magician Girl], then use [Magical Wand]'s Effect to Tribute her and Draw two Cards."
Yugi's face darkened. Hayato had said before that his Deck didn't actually contain any Spellcaster Type Monsters. Normally, there would be no reason for him to include [Magical Wand], but he still brought it.
Combined with the previous [Witch Hunt], Yugi could confirm that this guy Hayato had planned to steal his Monsters for a long time!
Drawing two Cards, Hayato Set one and then Activated another Card. "Set a Card, then Equip [Axe of Despair] to [Earthbound Immortal - Gransol], increasing its ATK by 1000 points!"
Dense Earth Element gathered in the Earth Spirit God's hand, conjuring a massive axe out of nothing that matched the Earth Spirit God's size, large enough to cleave chaos itself. As a Stakes, the mysterious patterns that had covered the Earth Spirit God's Body became dim.

"Battle Phase! I Attack [Arcana Knight Joker] with [Earthbound Immortal - Gransol]!" Perfectly synchronized with Hayato's raised hand, the Earth Spirit God lifted the axe in its hand high above its head, while [Arcana Knight Joker] on Yugi's Field also drew its Great Sword for the first time and held it, ready for Battle.
"Vanish, [Arcana Knight Joker]! Finishing Blow—Golden Impact!"
Like the sky collapsing, the giant axe slashed down fiercely towards [Arcana Knight Joker], while the supreme knight, with resolute eyes and unafraid of the giant god's pressure, bravely swung the sharp sword in its hand to meet the Attack. A beam of Energy Cannon accurately hit Yugi, whose Field was now empty.
[Yugi: 2300 LP → 400 LP]
"It's just a Fatal Wound, my Life Points are still 400." Yugi's gaze was as sharp as ever, showing no sign of giving up. "Furthermore, at the End Turn, [Card Blaster]'s ATK will return to its original value."
"Tch, that's true." Hayato nodded helplessly. "My Turn ends here."

Hayato's gaze fell upon the Set Card in his Spell/Trap Zone. After trying so hard, using almost everything he could, had he still failed to defeat Yugi?
He felt somewhat unwilling.
If Yugi could just Draw a Monster with 1400 ATK or more, he could Destroy [Card Blaster] and Clear his Life Points. For Yugi, that was no problem at all.
Just as Hayato expected, Yugi Drew a Card:
"My Turn, Draw a Card!"
"Normal Summon [King of Yamimakai]!"
Just like in their first Duel, Yugi Summoned [King of Yamimakai] with 1500 ATK. With determined eyes, Yugi looked at Hayato and said, "This is the Final Blow, Hayato."
"Yeah, the Final Battle, the Last Battle." Hayato smiled. "However, I'm still not willing to let you win against me again, Yugi. Forgive my Struggle!"
"Activate Set Card, [Final Battle]!"
As Hayato's Set Card flipped open, a wave of Smoke suddenly surged across the Duel Field, enveloping everything and obscuring the surroundings. Yugi only heard a wail and found that his newly Summoned [King of Yamimakai] had been Destroyed.
"[Final Battle] is a Trap Card that can only be Activated during the opponent's Turn when my Life Points are 1000 or less," Hayato's voice came from within the Mist. "After choosing one Monster on my Field, both players' entire Hands and Cards on the Field are Sent to the Graveyard. Then, the opponent can Special Summon one Monster from their Deck."
"After that, the only two Monsters remaining on the Field Battle, and the Damage dealt to both players from the Battle is 0. After the Battle ends, if either player still has a Monster, that player wins the Duel. Any other situation is considered a Draw."
The Mist dissipated slightly, allowing Yugi to see Hayato's face opposite him.
"Heh, in that case, I'll Summon this Monster." Yugi smiled, selected a Monster Card from his Deck, and Summoned it to the Field.
The Mist cleared faster and faster, and the Monster Yugi Summoned finally revealed its True Form. A blood-red Body, a pale exoskeleton, pitch-black wings, and eerie green eyes. Standing opposite [Card Blaster] was none other than [Summoned Skull], the Monster Yugi used to defeat [Gaia] in the Duel where Hayato previously lost to Yugi.
"It's this Monster, huh. Yugi, you really have a Dark humor." Hayato said with a laugh. "You want to defeat me twice with one Monster? It won't be that easy. I won't hand over the Victory to you."
"That's what I should be saying, Hayato." Although it was the Final Battle, both Hayato and Yugi laughed easily, even chatting. "The Winner of this Duel is me."
"Talking is useless, Yugi. You can't convince me with just words. Rather—"
