Regarding Hashirama Senju learning Armament Haki.
Actually, I already explained this issue when Akame learned Haki.
But I found that some Readers, whether they skipped chapters and didn't see it or for some other reason, brought up this question again.

In the Official Novel 《ONE PIECE Novel A》, which features Ace as the Protagonist in Pirate King and had its Content reviewed by Oda.
(This seems to have already been made into a Manga, and there's even News online about it being made into an Anime)
Ace, who had just set sail and formed the Spade Pirates, self-learned Armament Haki during a battle in the Plot's Second Half against a Marine Vice Admiral named Dolor.
"Why do you have Haki too!"
"Who the hell knows!"
This was the brief Dialogue between the two.

The fact is, Armament Haki isn't something you necessarily need someone to teach you; In fact, most Civilian Powerhouses are like this, self-learning it during Combat with people who possess Haki. The prerequisite is having Talent.
And whether it's Akame or Hashirama Senju, they were already capable of releasing Aura and perceiving Aura.
The rest is understanding Haki through the touch of Combat and Familiarizing themselves with the condensation of Haki. It can be said they have a greater Advantage than most people in the World who initially knew nothing about Haki.
As for Talent, how could their Talent possibly be insufficient?

The battle between Ace and Vice Admiral Dolor didn't even last an hour. Here, Hashirama Senju learned Coating and Hardening after battling Aramaki for three days.
Is that fast?
I think I've been very conservative.
If we really follow this Setting by Oda, Hashirama Senju should have directly learned Armament Haki's Coating within half an hour of battling Aramaki, and then learned Armament Haki's Hardening in at most two hours.
This is the Setting, don't argue with the Setting. Like I said before, I've already written it very conservatively.
As for the quality and quantity of Haki, it depends on a person's Spirit and Stamina.
Does Hashirama Senju's Spirit need to be doubted?
And as for Stamina, he is currently in an enhanced Impure World Reincarnation state. Is there any problem with applying Haki to 'Summit Transformation Buddha'?
So, some Readers, stop saying I'm writing whatever I want all the time. All of this is based on Official Setting.
