Oshima Art Museum was under Police lockdown, inside and out.
Kuroba Kaito was pulled into the Art Museum by Aoko Nakamori.
"Hurry, Kaito! Since Hakuba invited us, I have to see Old Dad catch Kid the thief with my own eyes!"
On the Building Rooftop near the Art Museum, Koizumi Akako, draped in a Black Cape, her hat pulled down to obscure her Face, anxiously checked the Time on her Mobile Phone. "Why isn't he here yet..."
"Who are you talking about?"
A male voice came from behind, the calm Tone was familiar.
"The evil Child of Nature?" Koizumi Akako turned around, delighted, and looked at the black-robed figure behind her.
Chi Feichei, also shrouded in a black robe with the brim of his hat pulled low, remained silent.
He didn't agree with the 'evil' prefix.
Compared to a Witch, who was truly evil...
From under the hat brim, Hissashi poked its Head out, glanced at Koizumi Akako in her black robe, then lowered its Head to look at the black robe enveloping Chi Feichei, and also chose Silence.
These two looked like they were at some kind of cult Gathering, quite sinister...

Not long after swallowing the Capsule, a World composed of color blocks appeared in Chi Feichei's mind.
Oshima Art Museum was somewhat indistinct, but the observed World spread out in an arc centered on him. Even without Turn Around, he could 'see' a Small Insect crawling in the Corner behind him.
The Heat from that small moving dot showed up as a yellowish color block, clearly different from the blue ground. By observing the color depth and shape of the block, he could identify it as a Fly.

A Black Plate flew out, slicing the Fly in half, one corner embedding itself in the ground.
Chi Feichei stepped forward, picked up the Card, Get Up, and returned to the edge of the Terrace.
In front of him, stretched between two Buildings, was a large Net, shaped exactly like a Spider Web.
Probably due to the low Temperature of the Materials used to make it, the dark blue Spider Web was now very conspicuous in his 'Eyes'.
There was more than just this one Spider Web nearby.
Spider Webs crisscrossed, horizontal and vertical, enveloping the Vicinity of Oshima Art Museum.
Thin strands of Spider Silk drifted in the Wind.
Above, a Spider Web connected two tall Buildings, suspended in mid-air.
A dark blue Spider-like Monster was lying on the Spider Web, and a humanoid figure composed of yellow, orange, and red stood beside it.

Chi Feichei took out his Mobile Phone and, relying on Memory, navigated to his Call Log.

The selection box quickly moved down again, highlighting 'Login', and the page began to load.
About two seconds later, the logged-in page appeared.
"Mas..." Hissashi was about to remind him when it saw Chi Feichei's Fingers start to press the Mobile Phone Buttons neatly again.
The selection box clicked down to the first 'Post' option in the second row, confirmed again, and jumped to the post input interface.

"According to the Notice, I'll be taking this Jewel!" The 'Phantom Thief Kid' On Stage picked up the palm-sized pink Gem, said a Sentence to Inspector Nakamori, waved his Hand, and a Broom appeared in his Hand.
Kuroba Kaito was stunned. "Broo- Broom?"
'Phantom Thief Kid' straddled the Broom and sat down, slowly levitating, drawing gasps from the surrounding Police Officers.

'Phantom Thief Kid', riding the Broom and floating in mid-air, exclaimed softly.
Inspector Nakamori was stunned. "Annoying?"
Was Kid... becoming girly?
Kuroba Kaito looked at this 'Phantom Thief Kid's' girly red Bow Tie, girly posture on the Broom, and girly Reaction, and instantly guessed it was Koizumi Akako, facepalming internally as he stepped in to salvage the situation.
First, a Playing Card flew out and struck the Transformer, cutting off the Power Supply.
Then, he silently used Playing Cards to sever the 'Flying Chain Handcuffs' binding Koizumi Akako.
Finally, after he escaped and Koizumi Akako left, he would find an Opportunity to meet up with Koizumi Akako...
