Chapter 815: Don't Even Think About It
The entire planet of Cybertron was on high alert.
Tony stared expressionlessly at the thirteen figures that had arrived at the edge of the galaxy. A black robe was draped over his body, and a subtle, cold severity slowly emanated from him, sending chills down the spines of those nearby.
Everyone knew that this god had already decided to slaughter the Celestials; everything now depended on their choice.
The OAA Celestial led twelve Judges, standing in the universe, facing Tony across a layer of space. Their Level-Eight Information Aggregates carefully clashed. No matter how the OAA Celestial tried, he could not probe anything within Cybertron.
Tony had released his own Information Aggregate, sealing off the entire pocket universe and blocking all outside observation.
"All Earthlings, as creations of the Celestials, you should receive our assessment." The OAA Celestial's divine word was issued. Surprisingly, every person who heard it understood its meaning—it was a form of communication that transcended conventional methods.
"There are no Earthlings here. You've come to the wrong place."
Tony flew into the sky, passing through the pocket universe's barrier. His infinitesimally small body stood quietly before the Celestials, meeting their gazes calmly.
The Celestials lowered their heads to observe Tony, but they found nothing, only a sense of oppression emanating from him.
"Mutated life forms are important test subjects for the Celestials. You took away almost all the mutants, which has caused trouble for my mission."
The OAA Celestial looked down at Tony. "The people on Earth now are qualified products. All that's missing are the other Earthlings, including you."
A flicker of deep, cold resolve flashed in the depths of Tony's eyes.
The entire planet of Cybertron instantly erupted!
"Bastard, what is this thing saying? Assessing test subjects? The God of Cybertron is also one of his test subjects?"
"A Singular God needs to accept the Celestials' assessment?"
"Are the Celestials seeking death like this? Does your Grand Judge know?"
"The way I see it, there's no need to negotiate. We should just kill them."
One after another, figures flew out with cold smirks, eager for a fight, fearlessly confronting the Celestials.
Some lines could be crossed, but others absolutely could not. The Celestials had greatly underestimated Tony's status in the eyes of Cybertron's inhabitants.
Tony was not just their Creator, not just a true god—his glory and majesty were built upon a foundation of turning the tide time and time again.
To humiliate Tony... and for it to be a group of not-so-powerful enemies, daring to humiliate a Tony who was far superior to them... this was a great dishonor for everyone on Cybertron.
Four Omega-level mutants possessing power no less than that of a Celestial, plus Optimus Prime, Megatron, Red Lantern Hulk, Duzun, and the Ancient One holding the Soul Stone... they could definitely put up a fight.
If they couldn't kill the Ten Apex Celestials, could they not kill these thirteen brainless pieces of trash before them?
Tony's gaze gradually darkened. A frigid sensation welled up as the powerful Singularity particles were no longer concealed, spreading out wantonly. The myriad lives across the entire Prime Universe fell silent. A massive shadow loomed over their hearts, an invisible giant hand gripping their necks, ready to end their lives at any moment.
Tony looked at the thirteen Celestials, who had fallen into a brief silence, and pondered the possibility of finishing them off.
Tony was confident he could kill the OAA Celestial. Although this guy was hailed as the strongest under the ten great Celestials, he was most likely just a weak, Level-Eight Celestial... or perhaps a little stronger?
The losses the Aspirants had inflicted upon the Celestials were so terrifying that it allowed a character like the OAA Celestial to rise to prominence.
The two sides stood in a deadlock, neither willing to back down.
Dozens of figures radiating powerful auras stared at each other with malicious intent.
"The orders we received do not include going to war with a new god."
"Assessing Earthlings does not mean we have to assess Cybertronians."
"This matter must be reported to Asero. It's best to wait for Asero's orders. We cannot bear the consequences..."
"The Celestials simply cannot afford another brutal war like the one with the Aspirants."
One by one, the Celestials conveyed their thoughts to the OAA Celestial, trying to prevent the possibility of a full-scale conflict from erupting between the two sides.
An affair involving a Singular God made even a group as powerful as the Celestials act with caution.
The reason was simple: a Singular God could easily destroy the multiverse. The Celestials' vast data and countless members were spread throughout the multiverse; a single reboot would cause catastrophic losses.
More importantly, Singular Gods are very hard to kill...
No one knew what kind of comeback plan a Singular God had set up in some hidden corner, or what sort of clone they had stuffed into some bizarre place.
As long as a single clone survived, recovering their divinity was only a matter of time. Although the process would be very long, time was the one thing Singular Gods had in abundance. At worst, they could just find a place to hide until the end of time.
The OAA Celestial had personally witnessed some mad Singular Gods, in pursuit of eternal life, throw a clone directly onto the Source Wall while their main body roamed freely...
Therefore, Singular Gods were extremely vexing. The harder they were to kill, the more annoying they became.
He couldn't even imagine how that brutal war would have ended if the Aspirants had possessed a Singular God back then. Several of the Ten Apex Celestials would have had to die, and the war would never have ended.
After a moment of silence, the OAA Celestial slowly spoke, "Tony, no matter how you try to escape it, you cannot avoid the fact that you are a creation of the Celestials. Those mutants are also creations of the Celestials, and they are important test subjects."
As his gaze shifted to the four Omega-level mutants, the OAA Celestial clearly paused.
These four Omega-level mutants gave him an incredibly dangerous feeling... which left the OAA Celestial shocked, a mix of excitement and unease welling within him.
The stronger the test subjects, the greater their value!
A Singular God and Omega-level mutants both possessed immense value!
"I told you, there are no Earthlings here! Either get lost or let's go to war! Even a child can see through your greed!"
Tony's gaze was icy, his body like an indestructible mountain. A frigid aura spread out, nearly freezing the universe. The powerful energy waves grew increasingly intense, needing only a single spark to erupt.
After a long while, the OAA Celestial clenched his fists tightly, then slowly relaxed them.
He didn't dare.
He didn't dare to start an all-out war with Tony. The consequences were too great, so great that even the Celestials couldn't bear them. Therefore, he decided to take a step back.
"Those mutants behind you, I must inspect them. Once the inspection is complete, I will leave immediately."
The OAA Celestial took a rare moment to deliberate before speaking. In his heart, this obvious sign of weakness was simply a disgrace, something unprecedented. The Celestials had never yielded to an outsider before!
From the Celestials' perspective, sparing Tony and the other mutated beings to inspect only the four most special ones was already a remarkable act of forgiveness and concession.
But Tony's cold words made the OAA Celestial freeze in place.
"Don't even think about it!"
