Chapter 747

Chapter 731: Banishment

It would be impossible to say he had no interest in the Anti-Life Equation. No one would be so generous as to let such a powerful artifact go.

Theoretically, the bonuses the Anti-Life Equation provides its Host are limitless. As long as more positive matter universes are destroyed, the Host will gain even greater Power.

In the original story, Mobius used the Anti-Life Equation to destroy just over a thousand positive matter universes, and he gained the ability to fight Darkseid's true form head-on, even succeeding in killing him once.

What if he destroyed ten thousand universes? A hundred million? What if he wiped out the entire Multiverse in one go?

His Combat Power would skyrocket. At that point, the concept of a One-Above-All would become irrelevant, because even they would be no match for him.

The terror of the Anti-Life Equation has only shown the tip of the iceberg. Even in the comics, the upper limit of this terrifying formula was never mentioned.

At the very least, it was leagues beyond Darkseid's Omega Effect.

Tony guessed that Mobius's body, the Anti-Monitor, could likely only bear the combined power of over a thousand positive matter universes and the Anti-Life Equation. Any more than that, and he wouldn't be able to handle it. That's why he suddenly halted his path of destruction and instead took the initiative to fight Darkseid, plotting to seize the Omega Effect.

"What a truly tempting artifact, a formula with such immense potential for growth..."

Tony shook his head, a stool in his hand. He turned and returned to the Nirvana Universe.

If the Anti-Matter Universe hadn't been accidentally created after this Multiverse Reboot, the Anti-Life Equation would never have appeared, let alone been obtained by some life form.

"But that guy is also incredibly unlucky to have run right into me. If the timing were right, I would have already killed Mobius and seized the Anti-Life Equation."

Taking the equation now would be like carrying a powder keg. A whole host of gods would never give him the time to destroy so many universes.

The moment the Gaia Consciousness of the Nirvana Universe sent him a warning, Tony's main body had already rushed over from the Prime Universe. The Divine Power Avatar Donny stationed in the Nirvana Universe lacked the Combat Power to fight Mobius.

Pondering this, Tony traveled through the Blood Realm. Countless Black Spheres flashed past his eyes like a fast-forwarding video. After a moment's thought, Tony took out the Mother Box, and with a thought, opened a Boom Tube, returning to the Prime Universe.

"The timing... I'll have to wait a little longer, just a little longer..."

The whisper quietly dissipated into the Blood Realm. With a boom, Tony vanished from the spot.

...

Duzun was ultimately defeated. He was surrounded and severely beaten by the Guardians and over thirty Manhunters. Unable to even absorb sunlight, his entire body was bound by thousands of dense layers of fragmented chains, and every inch of his skin was sealed off by thousands of layers of Green Lantern energy, completely cutting off his ability to absorb solar radiation.

No matter how he roared and bellowed, he couldn't break through the Guardians' blockade.

The Manhunters also continuously bombarded him with powerful energy, causing him to roar in agony like a wounded Beast.

"These little blue runts are actually this strong?! I've never heard of them!! Am I really going to fall here?!" Duzun was filled with shock and rage. Unable to move a muscle, a terrible premonition frantically grated on his every nerve.

Duzun felt that he might actually be defeated in his very first battle outside the Anti-Matter Universe, marking a shameful start to his career as a Major Antagonist.

Oh, perhaps it would be over before it even began. If no one came to save him... He had killed several Green Lanterns. Would this group of hypocritical Little Blue Men kill him to vent their anger? And then justify it with some high-sounding excuse?

Duzun fell into deep mourning and contemplation, a look of sorrow and dejection on his face.

"Duzun, you will face Judgment and atone for the seven Green Lanterns you killed!" Ganthet said calmly.

"Pah!"

Duzun spat. "Then who should the people you hypocrites have killed over the past ten billion years go to for justice?"

Sayd said indifferently, "Our actions are entirely for the public good. Everything is to maintain the stable Order of the Prime Universe. We are fundamentally different from you."

Duzun let out a cold laugh. In the next second, countless Mystical Chains covered his head. Dense green shackles brutally forced their way into his mouth, ears, and eyes, trapping him completely at a cellular level, forcing him to forever remain under the power of Willpower, able only to tremble humbly.

"Lock Duzun away in the core of Oa. The planet now holds another villain filled to the brim with evil."

"Be careful. He's an anti-matter life form and can easily cause Matter Annihilation on Oa. We must not allow him to escape the bounds of Willpower, not even a single hair."

The group of Guardians spoke coldly.

Contact between Positive Matter and Anti-matter would cause a massive annihilation event, which is extremely dangerous. This is especially true for a life form of Duzun's level; a single blast of Heat Vision could deal a severe blow to Oa. They did not want to see Oa destroyed again.

The Manhunters, with several units destroyed and only twenty-odd remaining, nodded stiffly. These robots perfectly obeyed the Guardians' command, lifting a giant sphere made of countless layers of green chains and flying toward Oa.

The group of Guardians watched the few Green Lanterns who had gathered nearby. Their gaze then shifted to the Lanterns disappearing into the depths of the universe, who were following Optimus Prime's command to team up and pursue members of the Sinestro Corps.

"Optimus Prime is fighting Superboy-Prime, but he doesn't have the upper hand... I propose we help him and capture Superboy-Prime as well," said Ganthet.

Except for Sayd, who remained silent, the other five all shook their heads, content to just quietly watch the battle between the three.

"This is Cybertron's affair. There's no need for us to interfere."

"Optimus Prime commanding the Green Lantern Corps has already crossed a line. We never granted him that authority."

The group of Guardians stated indifferently.

Ganthet sighed internally. Another blunder... But he was used to it. Over the past ten billion years, they, including himself, had made many grave mistakes. However, after gradually regaining his emotions, he felt a certain helplessness regarding the repeated foolish actions of his companions.

He had to endure it whether he could or not. Ganthet wagered that if he ever revealed the fact that he possessed emotions, his companions would absolutely strip him of them again, or simply exile him.

Meanwhile, the fierce battle where Optimus Prime and Megatron joined forces against Superboy-Prime was growing increasingly brutal.

Superboy-Prime had gone completely berserk. Like a madman, his short hair was disheveled, his eyes were bloodshot, and every muscle in his body was tensed to the point of seemingly bursting from the strain. He had long since ripped off the upper part of his Battle Suit, revealing the bloody S-Emblem on his chest.
